Gloverson Moro, diretor de tecnologia da AgriThority, e Bonnie Brayton, associada de capital de risco da Fulcrum Global Capital, apresentaram e lideraram a discuss\u00e3o com participantes de muitos setores de inova\u00e7\u00e3o agr\u00edcola.<\/p>\n

Moro discutiu a import\u00e2ncia de implementar um processo de stage-gate disciplinado para novas tecnologias no caminho para a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o. O plano e a execu\u00e7\u00e3o durante o desenvolvimento podem gerenciar riscos e recursos com o objetivo final de agilizar o sucesso comercial.<\/p>\n

\u201cO desenvolvimento de produtos \u00e9 tanto sobre processo quanto sobre ci\u00eancia\u201d, disse Moro. \u201c\u00c9 comum que as empresas queiram pular do come\u00e7o ao fim. A quest\u00e3o \u00e9 como equilibramos a vontade de levar um produto ao mercado com a necessidade de desenvolver completamente um conceito em um produto? O breakout focou em desafios e sucessos para os participantes em encontrar esse equil\u00edbrio.\u201d<\/p>\n

Passar de um conceito de pesquisa para o fazendeiro perde as etapas cr\u00edticas do Desenvolvimento. Um processo completo de P&D \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio antes da comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o. O engajamento com colaboradores estrat\u00e9gicos e investidores pode acelerar o sucesso, mas requer um plano de desenvolvimento s\u00f3lido.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u00c9 muito importante entender o valor que vem das colabora\u00e7\u00f5es com empresas estrat\u00e9gicas\u201d, disse Brayton. \u201cFora da acelera\u00e7\u00e3o do desenvolvimento de produtos, as startups podem alavancar os recursos de seus colaboradores para gerar dados mais fortes e confi\u00e1veis e credibilidade aprimorada para ganhar aceita\u00e7\u00e3o no mercado. A valida\u00e7\u00e3o do mercado \u00e9 fundamental, e encontrar as colabora\u00e7\u00f5es estrat\u00e9gicas certas pode aumentar a credibilidade do produto e levar a um maior engajamento do investidor.\u201d<\/p>\n
