A STK tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 a inovadora dos primeiros fungicidas &quot;h\u00edbridos&quot;, permitindo que os produtores alcancem melhor gerenciamento de resist\u00eancia, maiores rendimentos, res\u00edduos qu\u00edmicos reduzidos e maior exportabilidade para pa\u00edses, regi\u00f5es e redes de varejo com limites de res\u00edduos qu\u00edmicos muito rigorosos.<\/p>\n<p>Este Acordo formaliza o termo vinculativo existente entre a Bio-Gene e a STK, no qual a Bio-Gene concede \u00e0 STK uma licen\u00e7a mundial e n\u00e3o exclusiva para desenvolver a tecnologia Qcide para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de prote\u00e7\u00e3o de cultivos, bem como mercados de aquicultura, gramados profissionais e ornamentais. A Bio-Gene ret\u00e9m direitos exclusivos para os mercados de sa\u00fade p\u00fablica, sa\u00fade animal e consumo para Qcide globalmente, enquanto ret\u00e9m direitos n\u00e3o exclusivos para os mercados de campo de uso da STK.<\/p>\n<p>Comentando sobre a execu\u00e7\u00e3o do Acordo de Desenvolvimento e Licen\u00e7a, o CEO da Bio-Gene, Richard Jagger, disse: &quot;Este Acordo \u00e9 diferente de nossos outros Acordos comerciais at\u00e9 o momento, pois prev\u00ea um comprometimento significativo de fundos pela STK \u00e0 medida que eles desenvolvem o dossi\u00ea de registro para o ingrediente ativo Qcide. Al\u00e9m disso, retivemos direitos n\u00e3o exclusivos para mercados de prote\u00e7\u00e3o de cultivos, gramados e ornamentais, e podemos trabalhar com qualquer um de nossos colaboradores nesses setores de mercado caso eles desejem desenvolver produtos incorporando Qcide. Isso inclui estudos ambientais e toxicol\u00f3gicos necess\u00e1rios, testes de campo e os custos associados \u00e0 prepara\u00e7\u00e3o das submiss\u00f5es regulat\u00f3rias;<\/li>\n<li>Embora a STK
