Como o primeiro centro de inova\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa no Brasil, o Dr. Rafael Leiria, Diretor Associado Industrial, e a Dra. Embora n\u00e3o tenha havido envolvimento direto do governo na cria\u00e7\u00e3o deste centro de pesquisa, podemos citar incentivos que claramente beneficiaram o processo.<\/p>\n<p>Um \u00e9 o fato de que h\u00e1 d\u00e9cadas o Brasil investe em educa\u00e7\u00e3o superior de qualidade, programas de bolsas de estudo, centros de pesquisa, como a Empresa Brasileira de Pesquisa Agropecu\u00e1ria, e eles nos ajudam produzindo pesquisas b\u00e1sicas ben\u00e9ficas para a compreens\u00e3o das microintera\u00e7\u00f5es. Esse conhecimento \u00e9 essencial para a Rovensa Next. Ele nos permitiu formar parcerias com os melhores professores, universidades, centros de pesquisa e ajudar a trazer ideias acad\u00eamicas para o mercado na forma de novos produtos.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, os mesmos programas de ensino superior est\u00e3o treinando profissionais de pesquisa de alta qualidade que conseguimos contratar para nosso centro de pesquisa. As pessoas s\u00e3o o ativo mais importante. Nenhuma infraestrutura de ponta funcionar\u00e1 sozinha \u2014 ent\u00e3o, conseguir contratar essas pessoas \u00e9 a chave para o sucesso.<\/p>\n<p>Outro ponto que acho muito importante mencionar \u00e9 que o Brasil tem um programa federal de incentivos fiscais de cash-back. Eles s\u00e3o chamados de \u201cLei do Bem\u201d ou algo assim, e s\u00e3o dados para fazer o bem. Empresas que podem mostrar que investem em pesquisa e desenvolvimento (P&amp;D), podem obter at\u00e9 34% de seus impostos federais de volta, ent\u00e3o esse \u00e9 um incentivo muito bom para as empresas terem centros de pesquisa no Brasil.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ABG: Raphael, como voc\u00ea trabalha lado a lado com os produtores brasileiros e ganha a confian\u00e7a deles? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>RN:<\/strong> A Rovensa tem equipes que trabalham com produtores para entender suas necessidades, objetivos e canais. Trabalhamos juntos com eles para identificar a solu\u00e7\u00e3o certa. No Brasil, temos mais de 200 pessoas nos campos.<\/p>\n<p>Uma parte importante dessas pessoas no trabalho de campo \u00e9 mostrar os resultados aos nossos produtores por meio de uma demonstra\u00e7\u00e3o dos produtos e solu\u00e7\u00f5es. Este \u00e9 um passo importante antes de uma venda.<\/p>\n<p>Trabalhamos com nossos clientes, acompanhando os resultados, trazendo consultores e, ent\u00e3o, revisando os resultados cient\u00edficos de nossos produtos para ganhar a confian\u00e7a dos produtores. Lan\u00e7ar um novo produto exige mais do que pesquisa em laborat\u00f3rio e nos centros de pesquisa, exige muito trabalho em campo. Temos que estar l\u00e1. Temos que ir at\u00e9 os produtores para mostrar os resultados.<\/p>\n<p>E ano ap\u00f3s ano, nossa expertise na ind\u00fastria fala por si. Depois que come\u00e7amos a trabalhar com os produtores, eles veem que nossas solu\u00e7\u00f5es entregam tamanhos maiores de frutas e maiores rendimentos.<\/p>\n<p>Parte dessa tecnologia n\u00f3s temos que adaptar, dependendo da regi\u00e3o ou das instala\u00e7\u00f5es do produtor. Temos que estar com eles para ouvir os problemas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ABG: Voc\u00ea est\u00e1 trazendo o feedback dos produtores de volta para o laborat\u00f3rio e usando isso para mudar produtos ou levar sua pesquisa em uma dire\u00e7\u00e3o diferente? Qu\u00e3o pr\u00f3ximo voc\u00ea est\u00e1 trabalhando com esse feedback?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>RN:<\/strong> Voc\u00ea trabalha muito pr\u00f3ximo a ele. Se n\u00e3o, ent\u00e3o as solu\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o alcan\u00e7adas, e n\u00e3o seria t\u00e3o eficiente. Se pudermos encontrar, por exemplo, um produto que n\u00e3o seja facilmente aplic\u00e1vel para o produtor em condi\u00e7\u00f5es de fazenda, ent\u00e3o podemos melhor\u00e1-lo. Vamos a campo para conduzir muitos testes em diferentes condi\u00e7\u00f5es e dar nossas recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ABG: Voc\u00ea acha que ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1rio criar centros de pesquisa em diferentes regi\u00f5es para que os pesquisadores possam trabalhar com os produtores e criar solu\u00e7\u00f5es muito espec\u00edficas para cada regi\u00e3o?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Portugu\u00eas:<\/strong> Bem, nosso centro de pesquisa certamente \u00e9 inspirado pelo que ouvimos de nossos parceiros locais e pelo que vemos no ambiente. Mas, como uma empresa global, n\u00e3o trabalhamos em silos. O que fazemos deve beneficiar a todos que pudermos.<\/p>\n<p>No Brasil, o centro de pesquisa foi criado porque \u00e9 um mercado muito importante e solu\u00e7\u00f5es sustent\u00e1veis est\u00e3o sendo solicitadas por nossos clientes. Ele tamb\u00e9m tem um clima \u00fanico. Os desafios que nossos parceiros locais est\u00e3o enfrentando s\u00e3o nosso foco principal neste per\u00edodo inicial. Desde que iniciamos este centro, o que estamos encontrando em nossa pesquisa pode ir al\u00e9m das solu\u00e7\u00f5es locais.<\/p>\n<p>Por exemplo, n\u00f3s temos um produto chamado Vorax aqui no Brasil (*tamb\u00e9m conhecido como Biimore e Quikon). \u00c9 o nosso bioestimulante ultraeficiente. Ele nasceu aqui no Brasil, e ele mostrou um aumento significativo de produtividade para soja sendo aplicado em dosagens muito baixas. O bioestimulante nasceu no Brasil por causa de uma necessidade dele e de uma bact\u00e9ria que n\u00f3s temos aqui.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e3o \u00e9 um produto vivo. \u00c9 um produto de fermenta\u00e7\u00e3o. Ao fazer pesquisas sobre desenvolvimento e tentar entender melhor seu modo de a\u00e7\u00e3o, descobrimos que ele tamb\u00e9m tem efeitos positivos significativos no aumento do tamanho e da qualidade de v\u00e1rias culturas alimentares. Este produto hoje est\u00e1 sendo exportado para mais de 16 pa\u00edses. Este \u00e9 um exemplo de algo que nasceu aqui.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, nosso centro de pesquisa global recebe micr\u00f3bios de outros pa\u00edses. Assim como fizemos uma parceria com universidades aqui no Brasil, fazemos parcerias com outros escrit\u00f3rios ao redor do mundo para identificar micr\u00f3bios promissores dos quais podemos desenvolver um produto daqui, e ent\u00e3o podemos exportar a tecnologia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ABG: Em quantos projetos voc\u00ea est\u00e1 trabalhando atualmente?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Portugu\u00eas:<\/strong> Atualmente, estamos trabalhando em mais de 15 projetos. Isso inclui novos produtos e tamb\u00e9m atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es de nossos produtos existentes. Estabelecemos um pipeline de desenvolvimento de produtos que inclui pesquisa b\u00e1sica, produto, design, produto, desenvolvimento, efic\u00e1cia e modo de a\u00e7\u00e3o, ensaios, ativos de registro de produtos, bioprocesso, desenvolvimento e aumento de escala.<\/p>\n<p>Da ideia do projeto at\u00e9 termos um novo produto de projeto pronto para ser lan\u00e7ado pode levar v\u00e1rios anos. Em m\u00e9dia, leva de quatro a cinco anos, embora algumas das etapas possam ocorrer em paralelo. J\u00e1 temos v\u00e1rias que foram desenvolvidas em conjunto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ABG: Voc\u00ea pode me contar brevemente sobre como voc\u00ea est\u00e1 trabalhando nas universidades?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Portugu\u00eas:<\/strong> Ao longo dos anos, cultivamos um relacionamento muito bom com cientistas importantes no Brasil. Antes de termos nosso pr\u00f3prio centro de pesquisa, t\u00ednhamos parcerias na forma de projetos conjuntos com universidades. Existem v\u00e1rios modos em que isso pode acontecer. \u00c0s vezes, podemos assinar um projeto conjunto no qual podemos pagar bolsas de estudo. Por exemplo, podemos ter um projeto espec\u00edfico na universidade para provar 150 testes de efic\u00e1cia de algumas de nossas ideias para os projetos iniciais.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e1 muitos parceiros com quem temos trabalhado ao longo dos anos.
