O arroz para consumo humano tem aumentado drasticamente desde o in\u00edcio de 2009 no Delta do Rio Cuu Long, o celeiro de arroz do pa\u00eds, relata. <a href=\"http:\/\/english.vietnamnet.vn\/biz\/2009\/03\/834451\/\">Vietnam.Net<\/a>. De acordo com analistas,<br \/> os pre\u00e7os t\u00eam aumentado constantemente porque as empresas exportadoras t\u00eam coletado mais arroz dos agricultores, mesmo que o pico da safra ainda n\u00e3o tenha chegado.<\/p>\n<p>Nguyen Thi Thu Nguyet, ex-secret\u00e1rio-geral da <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vietfood.org.vn\/en\/\">Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Alimentos do Vietn\u00e3<\/a>, recomenda que os exportadores se certifiquem de ter pelo menos 70%-80% de volume de exporta\u00e7\u00e3o antes de assinar contratos, a fim de evitar perdas. No entanto, as empresas vietnamitas sempre assinam contratos <br \/> Primeiro, e depois compram arroz para cumprir os contratos. De acordo com algumas empresas exportadoras de arroz, alguns importadores est\u00e3o pagando $410-$420\/tonelada por arroz quebrado vietnamita 5%, fazendo com que os exportadores percam $40-50\/tonelada em contratos assinados em janeiro de 2009 a $370-380\/tonelada.
