Rowe \u00e9 atualmente Presidente da Syngenta Crop Protection, a maior unidade de neg\u00f3cios do Syngenta Group. Anteriormente, ele foi Presidente da Syngenta Seeds, onde executou uma reviravolta bem-sucedida do neg\u00f3cio de Sementes.
