Aumentar os n\u00edveis de nutrientes de ferro e zinco e, ao mesmo tempo, diminuir os n\u00edveis de antinutrientes aumentaria muito a disponibilidade de alimentos nutritivos em regi\u00f5es \u00e1ridas.
