Espera-se que os investimentos estrat\u00e9gicos que fizemos produzam resultados favor\u00e1veis no segundo semestre do ano.<\/li>\n<li>A d\u00edvida l\u00edquida aumentou em $627 milh\u00f5es no segundo trimestre do ano fiscal de 25 em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao final do ano fiscal de 24 de mar\u00e7o. O aumento correspondente no ano passado foi de $1.639 milh\u00f5es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Comentando sobre o desempenho do Q2FY25, Jai Shroff, Chairman e CEO do Grupo, disse: \u201cNosso crescimento de volume continua, e estamos no caminho para atingir nossos n\u00edveis de orienta\u00e7\u00e3o de EBITDA e d\u00edvida l\u00edquida. Com nossos fundamentos intactos, vimos um crescimento robusto de volume em nosso neg\u00f3cio global de prote\u00e7\u00e3o de cultivos. Na \u00cdndia, houve um momentum positivo geral. Aproximar as vendas da temporada de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o otimizou nossos requisitos de capital de giro e minimizou a probabilidade de devolu\u00e7\u00f5es de vendas. Continuaremos a nos concentrar em impor normas de cr\u00e9dito e estoque mais r\u00edgidas para melhorar os fluxos de caixa.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEm nossa plataforma global de sementes, Advanta, estamos de volta aos trilhos ap\u00f3s alguns ventos contr\u00e1rios no Q1. Nosso crescimento neste trimestre foi de margem acrescida, impulsionado por pre\u00e7os favor\u00e1veis em sorgo e milho em gr\u00e3o. Espera-se que o impulso cont\u00ednuo dos neg\u00f3cios produza resultados favor\u00e1veis no segundo semestre do ano.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Comentando sobre o desempenho do segundo trimestre do ano fiscal de 2025, Mike Frank, CEO da UPL Corporation Ltd., disse:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOs fundamentos no mercado global de prote\u00e7\u00e3o de cultivos continuam fortes. Continuamos a ver uma demanda robusta de revendedores e produtores na maioria das regi\u00f5es para nossos produtos, como visto em nosso crescimento de volume de 13% no \u00faltimo trimestre. Liderando esse crescimento estava nosso segmento de fungicidas, liderado pelos produtos mancozeb globalmente, bem como outros fungicidas premium na Europa.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTivemos crescimento cont\u00ednuo em nosso neg\u00f3cio BioSolutions NPP, que cresceu 10%. Especificamente, nossas ofertas de biocontrole na Am\u00e9rica Latina e Europa receberam forte demanda do cliente. Al\u00e9m disso, o NPP foi apoiado por volumes de bioestimulantes no Brasil.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAlinhados com nossa estrat\u00e9gia, continuamos a melhorar o mix de produtos de segmentos diferenciados e sustent\u00e1veis, que aumentou de ~35% no ano passado para ~37% agora.
