Voc\u00ea precisa ter o produto certo que seja diferenciado dos outros no mercado. Voc\u00ea precisa ter o modo de a\u00e7\u00e3o certo. Mas isso \u00e9 apenas parte da equa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Voc\u00ea tamb\u00e9m precisa de conhecimento regulat\u00f3rio. Isso significa n\u00e3o apenas como avan\u00e7ar no processo, mas tamb\u00e9m escolher a categoria regulat\u00f3ria correta para usar. H\u00e1 altos requisitos em nossa ind\u00fastria. O que observei \u00e9 um desejo geral de simplificar entre na\u00e7\u00f5es e continentes, mas ainda h\u00e1 tantas diferen\u00e7as e particularidades, ent\u00e3o h\u00e1 uma necessidade de aprender a diversidade de regulamenta\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Em segundo lugar, acho que os cronogramas se tornaram menos previs\u00edveis. Veja o caso dos EUA, onde antes era muito previs\u00edvel e bastante r\u00e1pido. Quando falo com colegas, eles dizem que se tornou menos previs\u00edvel. Como lidamos com isso \u00e9 de duas maneiras. Por um lado, temos especialistas internos tanto na sede central quanto nos mercados locais. Tamb\u00e9m trabalhamos com consultores locais para entender e antecipar as necessidades, porque pensamos em um plano de jogo longo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ABG: Voc\u00eas est\u00e3o trabalhando com parceiros em diferentes pa\u00edses em termos de marketing ou regulamenta\u00e7\u00f5es?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PB:<\/strong> Sim. Operamos com tr\u00eas modelos de neg\u00f3cios. Primeiro, temos subsidi\u00e1rias em alguns pa\u00edses. Segundo, trabalhamos no desenvolvimento de neg\u00f3cios internacionais, obviamente com distribuidores locais ou distribuidores nacionais nisso. Mas, em geral, o que pode ser dito \u00e9 que h\u00e1 dois setores. Um \u00e9 a abordagem de pequena escala para a maioria das produ\u00e7\u00f5es locais. O segundo \u00e9 o altamente sofisticado, que muitas vezes \u00e9 clientes privados usando tecnologia avan\u00e7ada.<\/p>\n<p>A produ\u00e7\u00e3o local dos pequenos propriet\u00e1rios normalmente tem poucos participantes. Vemos alguns sinais de que a China identificou os biol\u00f3gicos como um dom\u00ednio estrat\u00e9gico chave, para impulsionar sua ind\u00fastria local e ent\u00e3o exportar para outros pa\u00edses.
