A partir de nossos estudos com ingredientes qu\u00edmicos ativos, sabemos que, se a penetra\u00e7\u00e3o for necess\u00e1ria, o tamanho ideal das part\u00edculas fica entre 2 e 4 m\u00edcrons. Aditivos especiais que aumentam o incha\u00e7o da cut\u00edcula e diminuem a tens\u00e3o superficial da \u00e1gua s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sara Monteiro (SM):<\/strong> O tamanho das part\u00edculas desempenha um papel fundamental na espalhabilidade, penetra\u00e7\u00e3o e efic\u00e1cia geral das formula\u00e7\u00f5es biol\u00f3gicas, especialmente para produtos microbianos a serem usados como biopesticidas.<\/p>\n<p>Para espalhabilidade, part\u00edculas menores (tipicamente &lt;10 \u00b5m) tendem a se espalhar mais uniformemente nas superf\u00edcies das plantas devido \u00e0 melhor estabilidade da suspens\u00e3o e menores taxas de sedimenta\u00e7\u00e3o. A tens\u00e3o superficial e a viscosidade da formula\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m interagem com o tamanho das part\u00edculas, afetando a efici\u00eancia da distribui\u00e7\u00e3o do produto. Para penetra\u00e7\u00e3o e absor\u00e7\u00e3o, part\u00edculas menores podem penetrar nos est\u00f4matos ou aderir melhor \u00e0s superf\u00edcies foliares, especialmente em condi\u00e7\u00f5es de alta umidade. No entanto, part\u00edculas muito pequenas (&lt;1 \u00b5m) podem causar deriva e perdas durante a pulveriza\u00e7\u00e3o. Em aplica\u00e7\u00f5es no solo, o tamanho das part\u00edculas afeta a mobilidade nos poros do solo. Part\u00edculas menores podem se mover mais livremente, mas tamb\u00e9m podem ser lixiviadas. A FAO\/OMS publicou manuais e modelos espec\u00edficos para formula\u00e7\u00f5es microbianas para orientar os fabricantes na prepara\u00e7\u00e3o de submiss\u00f5es de dados.<\/p>\n<p>Elas incluem orienta\u00e7\u00f5es sobre viabilidade e identidade de cepas microbianas, limites de contaminantes, estabilidade da formula\u00e7\u00e3o e dados de efic\u00e1cia e seguran\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>Embora as especifica\u00e7\u00f5es detalhadas mais recentes ainda se concentrem principalmente em ativos qu\u00edmicos, a infraestrutura e a estrutura processual para produtos biol\u00f3gicos est\u00e3o em vigor e em evolu\u00e7\u00e3o. Espera-se que a FAO expanda e formalize as especifica\u00e7\u00f5es para produtos biol\u00f3gicos \u00e0 medida que seu uso se torna mais difundido e a demanda regulat\u00f3ria aumenta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ABG: Estamos pr\u00f3ximos de alguma harmoniza\u00e7\u00e3o (em termos de registro) dentro da UE? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>LS:<\/strong> N\u00e3o temos uma vis\u00e3o completa, mas n\u00e3o esperamos ver harmoniza\u00e7\u00e3o no curto prazo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SM:<\/strong> A Uni\u00e3o Europeia est\u00e1 progredindo na harmoniza\u00e7\u00e3o do registro de produtos biol\u00f3gicos, particularmente produtos microbianos para prote\u00e7\u00e3o de plantas, mas a harmoniza\u00e7\u00e3o completa ainda est\u00e1 em evolu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Em desenvolvimentos recentes (2025), o Monitor de Renova\u00e7\u00e3o de Pesticidas da UE adicionou atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es ao Banco de Dados de Pesticidas da UE, refletindo os esfor\u00e7os cont\u00ednuos para agilizar o compartilhamento de dados e a transpar\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p>Os desafios restantes est\u00e3o principalmente relacionados a Interpreta\u00e7\u00f5es Nacionais Divergentes: apesar do sistema zonal, os Estados-Membros frequentemente interpretam os requisitos de dados de forma diferente, o que leva a atrasos. O quadro atual para os requisitos de dados para microrganismos ainda se baseia, em grande parte, em pesticidas qu\u00edmicos, o que pode ser inadequado ou excessivamente oneroso para produtos biol\u00f3gicos.<\/p>\n<p>Por fim, embora existam alguns documentos de orienta\u00e7\u00e3o, ainda h\u00e1 necessidade de protocolos claros e harmonizados, adaptados a produtos microbianos e de origem natural.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ABG: Voc\u00ea poderia falar sobre tend\u00eancias e desafios para formula\u00e7\u00f5es de produtos de RNA? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>LS:<\/strong> Ainda estamos aprendendo muito sobre formula\u00e7\u00f5es de RNA. Entre em contato conosco se quiser conversar mais sobre isso.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SM:<\/strong> A formula\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos \u00e0 base de RNA para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es agr\u00edcolas \u00e9 uma \u00e1rea em r\u00e1pido desenvolvimento, impulsionada pela promessa de um controle de pragas e doen\u00e7as altamente espec\u00edfico e ecologicamente correto. No entanto, ela apresenta um conjunto \u00fanico de desafios t\u00e9cnicos, regulat\u00f3rios e econ\u00f4micos.<\/p>\n<p>O RNA \u00e9 altamente suscet\u00edvel \u00e0 luz UV, RNases e degrada\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental. Tecnologias como encapsulamento ou estabilizadores s\u00e3o muito importantes para manter a efic\u00e1cia em condi\u00e7\u00f5es de campo. O uso de nanopart\u00edculas lip\u00eddicas, nanofolhas de argila ou carreadores polim\u00e9ricos para proteger o RNA da degrada\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 fundamental para a estabilidade.<\/p>\n<p>Sistemas de entrega eficientes tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o um desafio, pois os produtos de RNA devem penetrar nas cut\u00edculas ou paredes celulares sem danificar a planta.<\/p>\n<p>A s\u00edntese de RNA ainda \u00e9 mais cara que os pesticidas tradicionais, mas aumentar a produ\u00e7\u00e3o mantendo a pureza e a funcionalidade \u00e9 um grande obst\u00e1culo.<\/p>\n<p>Por fim, os marcos regulat\u00f3rios ainda n\u00e3o est\u00e3o totalmente harmonizados, especialmente na UE. Ainda h\u00e1 d\u00favidas sobre o destino ambiental, os efeitos n\u00e3o desejados e o gerenciamento da resist\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ABG: A maioria\/todos os micropl\u00e1sticos parecem ser poliuretanos, que t\u00eam biodegrada\u00e7\u00e3o muito baixa. E os poli\u00e9steres? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>LS:<\/strong> A capacidade de passar nos testes de biodegradabilidade depender\u00e1 da mol\u00e9cula espec\u00edfica do poli\u00e9ster. ingrediente ativo como\u00a0<em>Beauveria bassiana<\/em>\u00a0Em formula\u00e7\u00f5es agr\u00edcolas, diversas estrat\u00e9gias de formula\u00e7\u00e3o e administra\u00e7\u00e3o podem ser empregadas, visando aumentar a viabilidade, a persist\u00eancia, a infectividade e a intera\u00e7\u00e3o dos esporos com o alvo.<\/p>\n<p>Abaixo est\u00e3o alguns exemplos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Para microencapsula\u00e7\u00e3o, voc\u00ea pode encapsular esporos em pol\u00edmeros biodegrad\u00e1veis (por exemplo, alginato, quitosana) para proteger da radia\u00e7\u00e3o UV e desseca\u00e7\u00e3o, permitir a libera\u00e7\u00e3o controlada e melhorar a vida \u00fatil e a persist\u00eancia em campo.<\/li>\n<li>Para formula\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0 base de \u00f3leo, dispers\u00f5es de \u00f3leo ou
