Mauricio Andri\u00e3o est\u00e1 se juntando MARCA<\/a> como Vice-Presidente da BRANDT Internacional a partir de 1\u00ba de setembro. Nesta fun\u00e7\u00e3o expandida, Andri\u00e3o ser\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel pelos neg\u00f3cios da BRANDT fora dos EUA e Canad\u00e1, e tamb\u00e9m presidir\u00e1 o rec\u00e9m-formado Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Internacional. Ele se reportar\u00e1 \u00e0 Equipe Executiva da BRANDT.<\/p>\n

Andri\u00e3o assumir\u00e1 a lideran\u00e7a internacional da BRANDT, substituindo Ramon Georgis, atual vice-presidente internacional. Andri\u00e3o e Georgis colaborar\u00e3o na transi\u00e7\u00e3o de responsabilidades antes da aposentadoria de Georgis, anunciada anteriormente, em 31 de dezembro de 2025. \u201cA BRANDT trabalha e vende produtos internacionalmente h\u00e1 mais de 30 anos e acredito que Mauricio dar\u00e1 \u00e0 empresa um verdadeiro impulso em termos de lideran\u00e7a, responsabilidade e foco\u201d, disse Rick Brandt, presidente e CEO da BRANDT. \u201cIsso sem mencionar o Ramon. Com base em seu conhecimento da agricultura global, tend\u00eancias de mercado e necessidades dos clientes, seu desafio inicial ser\u00e1 ajudar a Equipe Executiva a reestruturar os neg\u00f3cios internacionais da BRANDT em regi\u00f5es geogr\u00e1ficas globais definidas, mantendo a cultura \u00fanica da Equipe BRANDT. Hoje, os produtos da BRANDT s\u00e3o vendidos em mais de 85 pa\u00edses e a produ\u00e7\u00e3o internacional da BRANDT est\u00e1 localizada no Brasil, Espanha e \u00c1frica do Sul.<\/p>\n

Reportando-se \u00e0 Equipe Executiva, este Conselho ajudar\u00e1 a definir o plano estrat\u00e9gico da BRANDT Internacional, definir objetivos para o neg\u00f3cio e acompanhar o progresso em dire\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 vis\u00e3o da BRANDT.<\/p>\n

Andri\u00e3o ingressa na BRANDT ap\u00f3s quase 20 anos no neg\u00f3cio de fertilizantes biol\u00f3gicos e especiais, principalmente na Stoller (hoje Corteva), trabalhando em diferentes pa\u00edses com n\u00edveis crescentes de responsabilidade. Nascido e criado no Brasil, come\u00e7ou como representante t\u00e9cnico de vendas na Stoller do Brasil antes de ser promovido a gerente regional para o Leste e Nordeste do Brasil. Andri\u00e3o ent\u00e3o se mudou para a \u00c1frica do Sul, onde se tornou Gerente Geral da Stoller \u00c1frica do Sul. Ap\u00f3s quatro anos, foi promovido a Gerente de Neg\u00f3cios e Marketing da Stoller EMEA. Em sua \u00faltima fun\u00e7\u00e3o na Stoller, foi Gerente Geral da Stoller Europa, trabalhando na Espanha. Ap\u00f3s a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o da Stoller, tornou-se L\u00edder de Marketing de Produtos Biol\u00f3gicos EMEA da Corteva Agriscience.<\/p>\n

Andri\u00e3o possui MBA Executivo pela Fundesem Business School (Espanha) e mestrado em Horticultura e Agronomia pela Universidade Estadual Paulista (USP). Ele teve um per\u00edodo de imers\u00e3o na cultura americana como estudante de interc\u00e2mbio no Alasca e colocou sua forma\u00e7\u00e3o em pr\u00e1tica administrando uma horta comunit\u00e1ria como jovem gerente.<\/p>\n
