At\u00e9 agora, seu controle de qualidade microbiol\u00f3gico exigia a contagem manual de unidades formadoras de col\u00f4nias (UFCs) em placas de \u00e1gar: um processo que levava de 2 a 3 dias e envolvia grande variabilidade e trabalho.<\/p>\n<p>O novo m\u00e9todo certificado pela ISO usa o contador de part\u00edculas automatizado LUNA FX-7 e uma colora\u00e7\u00e3o de viabilidade fluorescente para detectar e quantificar esporos vivos em quest\u00e3o de minutos, fornecendo resultados consistentes e reproduz\u00edveis em produtos de n\u00edvel t\u00e9cnico e formulados.<\/p>\n<p>Desenvolvido por uma equipe especializada de pesquisadores e t\u00e9cnicos das Unidades de Biologia Molecular e Microbiologia do Departamento de P&amp;D da Futureco Bioscience, o m\u00e9todo reflete tanto o rigor cient\u00edfico quanto a expertise pr\u00e1tica. &quot;Ele traz velocidade, precis\u00e3o e rastreabilidade a um processo tradicionalmente lento e propenso a subestima\u00e7\u00e3o&quot;, explicou Juan Bautista Gonz\u00e1lez L\u00f3pez, cientista l\u00edder do desenvolvimento. &quot;Ao combinar imagens de fluoresc\u00eancia com valida\u00e7\u00e3o rigorosa usando materiais de refer\u00eancia certificados, estabelecemos um procedimento padr\u00e3o-ouro.&quot;<\/p>\n<h2>Precis\u00e3o, repetibilidade e confiabilidade apoiadas por dados<\/h2>\n<p>O m\u00e9todo foi validado ao longo de dois anos, utilizando lotes comerciais de NOFLY e seu ingrediente ativo de grau t\u00e9cnico.
