O financiamento foi alocado sob o Programa de Acesso ao Mercado (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fas.usda.gov\/mos\/programs\/map.asp\">MAPA<\/a>) e o Programa de Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o para o Desenvolvimento do Mercado Externo (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fas.usda.gov\/mos\/programs\/fmdprogram.asp\">FMDCP<\/a>), que s\u00e3o administrados pelo Servi\u00e7o Agr\u00edcola Estrangeiro do USDA (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fas.usda.gov\/\">FAS<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Vilsack disse que os EUA devem fornecer aos seus exportadores recursos para serem competitivos nos agressivos mercados internacionais de hoje.
