Bayer AG has named a new chief financial officer who, among other duties, will lead the integration of Monsanto Co. if the two companies’ merger is approved, St. Louis Business Journal 网站上的 Steph Kukuljan 报道.
Wolfgang Nickl will be appointed to Bayer’s supervisory board in April 2018 and will succeed Johannes Dietsch as CFO on June 1, Bayer said Tuesday. Dietsch announced his resignation with Bayer in April this year.
“In Wolfgang Nickl, we are pleased to have found a successful manager with a proven track record in the field of finance and many years of experience abroad,” Werner Wenning, chairman of Bayer’s supervisory board, said in a statement.
