Under the terms of the agreement, Bayer will receive access to Monsanto’s Genuity Roundup Ready canola trait, and Monsanto will have access to Bayer’s LibertyLink tolerance trait for use in canola. Specified non-exclusive rights to access for future herbicide tolerance traits and other agronomic traits that either party may introduce for use in canola are also included under this agreement.
