China’s total import and export volume of pesticides reached $4.29 billion in 2015, down 12.6% year-on-year, the 中国植保行业协会 said, citing statistics from the country’s General Administration of Customs.
China’s pesticide trade surplus was $2.79 billion, down 17.2% from 2014, CCPIA said.
In 2015, the country’s total pesticide export volume reached 1.175 million tons, an increase of 1.2%, while the export value reached $35.46 billion, a sharp decrease of 14.5%. By contrast, fungicide export volume and value maintained growth, rising 10.2% and 5.3%, respectively, CCPIA said.
中国农药工业协会表示，虽然出口量价齐跌，但农药制剂出口占农药出口总量的比重继续增长，成为出口主力军，而原药出口比重则逐年下降。
CCPIA 表示，同期，进口总量达到 9 万吨，价值 $7.49 亿吨，分别下降 2.7% 和 2.8%。
