Skrynnik 说，来自 19 个国家和组成凯恩斯集团的美国官员参与的 WTO 谈判取得了积极进展，表明俄罗斯这个 WTO 之外最大的全球经济体准备加入。
Skrynnik 还概述了一项总体计划，该计划将解决俄罗斯 WTO 谈判中有争议的农业问题。
“We told our partners about the situation in Russian agriculture, in particular the drought, and outlined our position, which is based on three points: firstly, that government support for the sector remains at $9 billion per year until 2012; secondly, that this support will be scaled down to $4.4 billion in 2013-2017, according to our own schedule; and thirdly, we comply with the WTO regulation regarding the absence of export subsidies,” Skrynnik says.
