世界上最大的食品制造商之一百事可乐公司和智利爱利思达生命科学公司签署了一项协议，将在智利生产更健康的马铃薯，减少对环境的影响并降低浪费率。
根据协议，为百事公司提供独家产品的部分智利马铃薯种植者将使用爱利思达生命科学 Pronutiva 计划的解决方案，该计划将传统作物保护投入与生物解决方案相结合。

智利每年生产超过 100 万吨马铃薯。该作物每年产生 $2000 万的作物保护产品。

Marcelo Gardel, general manager of Arysta LifeScience Chile and Peru, reports that the agreement enables Arysta LifeScience to triple its share in a market that seeks new technologies and whose importance for Chilean agriculture is growing, as well as actively participating in the country’s potato production chain. “The Bio-Alliance project positions Arysta LifeScience among the three largest manufacturers of agricultural pesticides for potatoes in Chile,” he said.
