Chengdu Newsun Forms Cooperation Agreement with Brazilian CRO Juliagro

成都新阳光作物科学有限公司 officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Juliagro, a Brazil-based agricultural CRO, in Chengdu on March 15, 2026. The signing marks a new step forward in Newsun’s international development and further strengthens the company’s presence in the Brazilian market.

The cooperation between the two companies began in 2024, when Juliagro was commissioned by Newsun to conduct field trials in Brazil covering multiple biological product categories, including coronatine, natural brassinosteroids, biostimulants, and biological acaricides. The trials focused on evaluating local adaptability and supporting product positioning under Brazilian agricultural conditions.

Across multiple regions and crops, Newsun’s products demonstrated strong performance in promoting root development, supporting plant growth, and helping crops respond to abiotic stress. Backed by solid field results, the collaboration between the two sides gradually developed from a project-based trial relationship into a more strategic partnership.
