\/>\n2025\u5e74\u91cd\u65b0\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u4e00\u9879\u4e24\u515a\u6cd5\u6848\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u690d\u7269\u751f\u7269\u523a\u6fc0\u7d20\u7684\u8054\u90a6\u5b9a\u4e49\uff0c\u5e76\u6307\u793a\u7f8e\u56fd\u73af\u5883\u4fdd\u62a4\u7f72\uff08EPA\uff09\u548c\u7f8e\u56fd\u519c\u4e1a\u90e8\uff08USDA\uff09\u5efa\u7acb\u4e00\u81f4\u7684\u76d1\u7ba1\u6846\u67b6\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u57fa\u4e8e\u751f\u5316\u3001\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u548c\u6d77\u85fb\u7684\u6295\u5165\u54c1\u5904\u4e8e\u76d1\u7ba1\u7070\u8272\u5730\u5e26\u2014\u2014\u6709\u65f6\u5728\u5dde\u4e00\u7ea7\u88ab\u5f52\u7c7b\u4e3a\u80a5\u6599\u3001\u571f\u58e4\u6539\u826f\u5242\u6216\u53f6\u9762\u6539\u826f\u5242\uff0c\u6709\u65f6\u5219\u88ab\u8054\u90a6\u548c\u5dde\u673a\u6784\u5f52\u7c7b\u4e3a\u519c\u836f\u6216\u690d\u7269\u751f\u957f\u8c03\u8282\u5242\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u6a21\u7cca\u6027\u5bfc\u81f4\u4e86\u5ba1\u67e5\u6807\u51c6\u7684\u4e0d\u4e00\u81f4\u3002\u62df\u8bae\u6cd5\u6848\u65e8\u5728\u6d88\u9664\u6df7\u4e71\uff0c\u5e76\u7b80\u5316\u751f\u7269\u523a\u6fc0\u7d20\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u5ba1\u6279\u6d41\u7a0b\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7f8e\u56fd\u73af\u4fdd\u7f72\u5173\u4e8e\u751f\u7269\u523a\u6fc0\u7d20\u7684\u6307\u5bfc\u66f4\u65b0<\/strong><br \/>\n\u7f8e\u56fd\u73af\u4fdd\u7f72 (EPA) \u6700\u8fd1\u53d1\u5e03\u4e86\u6700\u65b0\u6307\u5357\u8349\u6848\uff0c\u660e\u786e\u4e86\u54ea\u4e9b\u6210\u5206\u548c\u6807\u7b7e\u58f0\u660e\u53d7\u300a\u8054\u90a6\u80a5\u6599\u76d1\u7ba1\u6cd5\u300b(FIFRA) \u7684\u76d1\u7ba1\u3002\u8be5\u6307\u5357\u65e8\u5728\u5e2e\u52a9\u4f01\u4e1a\u53ca\u65e9\u786e\u5b9a\u5176\u4ea7\u54c1\u662f\u5426\u9700\u8981\u6ce8\u518c\u4e3a\u690d\u7269\u751f\u957f\u8c03\u8282\u5242\u6216\u662f\u5426\u7b26\u5408\u80a5\u6599\u6cd5\u89c4\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u5b83\u5df2\u6210\u4e3a\u4ea7\u54c1\u5f00\u53d1\u521d\u671f\u7684\u5173\u952e\u8d44\u6e90\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u8054\u90a6\u653f\u5e9c\u53d1\u5e03\u4e86\u6700\u65b0\u660e\u786e\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u8bb8\u591a\u5dde\u4ecd\u5728\u52a0\u5f3a\u5bf9\u751f\u7269\u523a\u6fc0\u7d20\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u5ba1\u67e5\u3002\u4e00\u4e9b\u5dde\u73b0\u5728\u8981\u6c42\u6ce8\u518c\u8005\u5728\u5dde\u4e00\u7ea7\u6ce8\u518c\u4e4b\u524d\u5411 EPA \u7533\u8bf7\u975e FIFRA \u8ba4\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>PRIA 5 \u548c\u5dde\u7ea7\u8981\u6c42<\/strong><br \/>\nPRIA 5 \u7684\u66f4\u65b0\u5f15\u5165\u4e86\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u8d39\u7528\u3001\u65b0\u7684\u5ba1\u67e5\u7c7b\u522b\u4ee5\u53ca\u8c03\u6574\u540e\u7684\u8054\u90a6\u6ce8\u518c\u65f6\u95f4\u8868\u3002\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u52a0\u5229\u798f\u5c3c\u4e9a\u5dde\u548c\u7ebd\u7ea6\u5dde\u7b49\u5dde\u6b63\u5728\u5b9e\u65bd\u8d85\u8d8a EPA \u6807\u51c6\u7684\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u60f0\u6027\u6210\u5206\u548c\u4f50\u5242\u7684\u5168\u9762\u62ab\u9732\u548c\u6bd2\u6027\u6570\u636e\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u989d\u5916\u7684\u76d1\u7ba1\u63aa\u65bd\u4f7f\u5f97\u534f\u8c03\u5168\u56fd\u6027\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u63a8\u5e7f\u66f4\u5177\u6311\u6218\u6027\uff0c\u6210\u672c\u4e5f\u66f4\u9ad8\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u6b27\u76df\uff1a\u8fdb\u5165\u5bb9\u6613\uff0c\u4f46\u671f\u671b\u66f4\u9ad8<\/h2>\n<p>\u6b27\u76df\u5df2\u5236\u5b9a\u4e86\u652f\u6301\u751f\u7269\u521b\u65b0\u7684\u8ba1\u5212\uff0c\u4f46\u5176\u73b0\u884c\u76d1\u7ba1\u6846\u67b6\u4ecd\u7136\u6cbf\u7528\u5408\u6210\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u751f\u7269\u5236\u54c1\u5ba1\u6279\u5ef6\u8fdf\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u653f\u7b56\u5236\u5b9a\u8005\u5df2\u5f00\u59cb\u63a2\u7d22\u66f4\u5177\u9488\u5bf9\u6027\u7684\u76d1\u7ba1\u9014\u5f84\uff0c\u4f46\u8fdb\u5c55\u4ecd\u9700\u65f6\u65e5\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u6b27\u76df\u4ecd\u7136\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u590d\u6742\u4e14\u58c1\u5792\u8f83\u9ad8\u7684\u5e02\u573a\uff0c\u6210\u529f\u53d6\u51b3\u4e8e\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u6570\u636e\u3001\u7ecf\u8fc7\u9a8c\u8bc1\u7684\u7597\u6548\u4ee5\u53ca\u514b\u670d\u76d1\u7ba1\u969c\u788d\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\uff08EU\uff092022\/1438 \u6cd5\u89c4\uff1a\u66f4\u65b0\u7684\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u5ba1\u6279\u6d41\u7a0b<\/strong><br \/>\n\u8fd9\u98792022\u5e74\u751f\u6548\u7684\u6cd5\u89c4\u73b0\u5df2\u5168\u9762\u751f\u6548\uff0c\u5b83\u4fee\u8ba2\u4e86\u7b2c1107\/2009\u53f7\uff08EC\uff09\u6cd5\u89c4\u9644\u4ef6\u4e8c\uff0c\u4ee5\u5b8c\u5584\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u6d3b\u6027\u7269\u8d28\u7684\u5ba1\u6279\u6807\u51c6\u3002\u867d\u7136\u8fd9\u9879\u6cd5\u89c4\u5e76\u975e\u65b0\u6cd5\u89c4\uff0c\u4f46\u57282025\u5e74\u4ecd\u7136\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u610f\u4e49\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u591a\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u4f9d\u8d56\u5b83\u6765\u7b80\u5316\u6863\u6848\u8981\u6c42\u5e76\u52a0\u5feb\u5e02\u573a\u51c6\u5165\u3002\u867d\u7136\u73b0\u5728\u8fd8\u65e0\u6cd5\u4ece\u66f4\u65b0\u540e\u7684\u6807\u51c6\u4e0b\u770b\u5230\u521d\u6b65\u5ba1\u6279\u7684\u53ef\u8861\u91cf\u6210\u679c\uff0c\u4f46\u9884\u8ba1\u8be5\u6cd5\u89c4\u5c06\u63d0\u9ad8\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u4e00\u81f4\u6027\uff0c\u5e76\u589e\u5f3a\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u7684\u53ef\u9884\u6d4b\u6027\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u5f3a\u5316\u5176\u6301\u7eed\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>SUR \u4e4b\u540e\uff1a\u56fd\u5bb6\u8ba1\u5212\u5411\u524d\u63a8\u8fdb<\/strong><br
