880 \u4e07\u82f1\u4ea9 \u2013\u81ea 1983 \u5e74\u4ee5\u6765\u6700\u5c0f\u7684\u9762\u79ef\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>FCI\uff1a\u5168\u56fd\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u7684\u79cd\u690d\u9762\u79ef\u4e0b\u964d\u5bf9\u4f5c\u7269\u4fdd\u62a4\u610f\u5473\u7740\u4ec0\u4e48\uff1f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>\u4e0b\u7530\uff1a <\/strong>\u4e3b\u8981\u4f5c\u7269\u64ad\u79cd\u9762\u79ef\u9884\u671f\u4e0b\u964d 7.8% \u662f\u666e\u904d\u9884\u671f\u7684\uff0c\u539f\u56e0\u6709\u591a\u79cd\uff1a(1) \u519c\u6237\u51b3\u5b9a\u4e0d\u5728 2007-08 \u5e74\u5546\u54c1\u4ef7\u683c\u9ad8\u4f01\u65f6\u5c06\u8fb9\u9645\u79cd\u690d\u9762\u79ef\u6295\u5165\u751f\u4ea7\uff1b (2) 2008 \u5e74\u5e74\u4e2d\u201c\u519c\u4e1a\u6ce1\u6cab\u201d\u7834\u706d\uff0c\u519c\u6c11\u9762\u4e34\u4ef7\u683c\/\u6210\u672c\u663e\u7740\u6324\u538b\uff0c\u98ce\u9669\u589e\u52a0\uff1b <\/strong>\u867d\u7136\u7f8e\u56fd\u603b\u64ad\u79cd\u9762\u79ef\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u4f1a\u6709\u592a\u5927\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u4f46\u4e0d\u540c\u4f5c\u7269\uff08\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u7389\u7c73\/\u5927\u8c46\/\u5c0f\u9ea6\uff09\u7684\u7ec4\u5408\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u53d1\u751f\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u5177\u4f53\u53d6\u51b3\u4e8e\u5f53\u524d\u5bd2\u51b7\/\u6f6e\u6e7f\u5929\u6c14\u6761\u4ef6\u5728
