\u5e74\u5e74\u4f1a\u4e0a\u516c\u5e03\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5047\u8bbe\u5e73\u5747\u5e9f\u5f03\u7387\uff0c\u9ad8\u5730\u548c ELS \u6536\u83b7\u603b\u9762\u79ef\u7ea6\u4e3a 876 \u4e07\u82f1\u4ea9\u3002\u5c06\u5dde\u7ea7\u4ea7\u91cf\u5047\u8bbe\u5e94\u7528\u4e8e\u9884\u8ba1\u7684\u6536\u83b7\u82f1\u4ea9\u4f1a\u4ea7\u751f\u7ea6 1538 \u4e07\u5305\u7684\u6536\u6210\u3002\u76f8\u6bd4\u4e4b\u4e0b\uff0c07 \u5e74\u7684\u603b\u4ea7\u91cf\u4e3a 1903 \u4e07\u5305\u3002\u5047\u8bbe\u5e73\u5747\u79cd\u5b50\u4e0e\u76ae\u68c9\u7684\u6bd4\u7387\uff0c08 \u5e74\u7684\u68c9\u7c7d\u4ea7\u91cf\u9884\u8ba1\u4e3a 528 \u4e07\u5428\uff0c\u4f4e\u4e8e\u53bb\u5e74\u7684 660 \u4e07\u5428\u3002<\/p>\n<p>NCC \u8c03\u67e5\u4e8e 12 \u6708\u4e2d\u65ec\u90ae\u5bc4\u7ed9 17 \u4e2a\u5dde\u68c9\u82b1\u5e26\u7684\u5927\u7ea6 40% \u751f\u4ea7\u5546\u3002\u8c03\u67e5\u56de\u590d\u6536\u96c6\u5230 1 \u6708\u4e2d\u65ec\u3002<\/p>\n<p>NCC \u7ecf\u6d4e\u670d\u52a1\u90e8\u52a9\u7406\u4e3b\u4efb Stephen Slinsky \u535a\u58eb\u8bf4\uff1a\u201c\u5c3d\u7ba1\u68c9\u82b1\u4ef7\u683c\u6bd4\u53bb\u5e74\u540c\u671f\u9ad8\u51fa\u7ea6 15 \u7f8e\u5206\uff0c\u4f46\u7ade\u4e89\u4f5c\u7269\u7684\u671f\u8d27\u4ef7\u683c\u8d70\u5f3a\u7ee7\u7eed\u5438\u5f15\u68c9\u82b1\u79cd\u690d\u9762\u79ef\u3002\u518d\u52a0\u4e0a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.usda.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u7f8e\u56fd\u519c\u4e1a\u90e8<\/a>\u6839\u636e\u6700\u8fd1\u7684\u5c0f\u9ea6\u64ad\u79cd\u9762\u79ef\u62a5\u544a\uff0c\u5f88\u660e\u663e\uff0c\u5c0f\u9ea6-\u5927\u8c46\u53cc\u5b63\u8f6e\u4f5c\u5c06\u5438\u5f15\u68c9\u82b1\u79cd\u690d\u9762\u79ef\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u8fd8\u6709\u7389\u7c73\u79cd\u690d\u9762\u79ef\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u6839\u636e\u8c03\u67e5\u7ed3\u679c\uff0c\u4e1c\u5357\u90e8\u3001\u4e2d\u5357\u90e8\u3001\u897f\u5357\u90e8\u548c\u8fdc\u897f\u90e8\u7684\u9646\u5730\u68c9\u79cd\u690d\u610f\u5411\u5206\u522b\u51cf\u5c11 12%\u300126%\u30012% \u548c 39%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6240\u6709\u4e1c\u5357\u90e8\u5dde\u7684\u8c03\u67e5\u7ed3\u679c\u8868\u660e\u68c9\u82b1\u79cd\u690d\u9762\u79ef\u4e0b\u964d\uff0c\u8f6c\u5411\u51ac\u5c0f\u9ea6\u548c\u5927\u8c46\u7684\u53cc\u5b63\u4f5c\u7269\u3002\u5361\u7f57\u6765\u7eb3\u5dde\u62a5\u544a\u7684\u767e\u5206\u6bd4\u4e0b\u964d\u5e45\u5ea6\u6700\u5927\uff0c\u4ecb\u4e8e 20% \u548c 22% \u4e4b\u95f4\u3002\u963f\u62c9\u5df4\u9a6c\u5dde\u7684\u53d7\u8bbf\u8005\u8868\u793a\u68c9\u82b1\u79cd\u690d\u9762\u79ef\u51cf\u5c11\u4e86 11%\uff0c\u800c\u4f5b\u7f57\u91cc\u8fbe\u79cd\u690d\u8005\u6b63\u8ba1\u5212\u51cf\u5c11 17%\u3002\u4f50\u6cbb\u4e9a\u5dde\u548c\u5f17\u5409\u5c3c\u4e9a\u5dde\u7684\u53d7\u8bbf\u8005\u5206\u522b\u8868\u793a 5% \u548c 6% \u7684\u964d\u5e45\u6700\u5c0f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6240\u6709\u4e2d\u5357\u90e8\u5dde\u90fd\u8868\u660e\u4ece\u68c9\u82b1\u8f6c\u5411\u5c0f\u9ea6\u548c\u5927\u8c46\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5bc6\u897f\u897f\u6bd4\u5dde (-31)\u3001\u963f\u80af\u8272\u5dde (-30) \u548c\u7530\u7eb3\u897f\u5dde (-29) \u7684\u767e\u5206\u6bd4\u4e0b\u964d\u5e45\u5ea6\u8f83\u5927\u3002\u9884\u8ba1\u8def\u6613\u65af\u5b89\u90a3\u5dde (-18) \u548c\u5bc6\u82cf\u91cc\u5dde (-8) \u7684\u8dcc\u5e45\u8f83\u5c0f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740 2008 \u5e74\u4e2d\u5357\u68c9\u82b1\u79cd\u690d\u9762\u79ef\u610f\u5411\u5c06\u4e0d\u5230\u8be5\u5730\u533a 2006 \u5e74\u6c34\u5e73\u7684\u4e00\u534a\uff0c\u201dSlinsky \u8bf4\uff0c\u5e76\u6307\u51fa 07 \u5e74\u90a3\u91cc\u7684\u79cd\u690d\u9762\u79ef\u4e5f\u6025\u5267\u4e0b\u964d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u897f\u5357\u90e8\uff0c\u582a\u8428\u65af\u5dde\u548c\u4fc4\u514b\u62c9\u8377\u9a6c\u5dde\u662f\u552f\u4e00\u8868\u660e\u68c9\u82b1\u79cd\u690d\u9762\u79ef\u589e\u52a0\u7684\u5dde\u2014\u2014\u5206\u522b\u589e\u52a0\u4e86 16% \u548c 3%\u3002\u5fb7\u5dde\u79cd\u690d\u8005\u8868\u793a\u6709\u610f\u79cd\u690d 480 \u4e07\u82f1\u4ea9\u3002\u867d\u7136\u8fd9\u6bd4\u53bb\u5e74\u4e0b\u964d\u4e86 2.3%\uff0c\u4f46\u5fb7\u514b\u8428\u65af\u5dde\u9884\u8ba1\u5c06\u5360 08 \u5e74\u7f8e\u56fd\u68c9\u82b1\u79cd\u690d\u9762\u79ef\u7684\u4e00\u534a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u897f\u90e8\u5730\u533a\u9884\u8ba1\u4e0b\u964d 38.7%\u3002\u5728\u52a0\u5229\u798f\u5c3c\u4e9a\u5dde\uff0c\u5bf9\u6c34\u8d44\u6e90\u4f9b\u5e94\u7684\u62c5\u5fe7\u548c\u6765\u81ea\u7279\u79cd\u4f5c\u7269\u7684\u7ade\u4e89\u6b63\u5728\u5bfc\u81f4\u4ea7\u91cf\u6025\u5267\u4e0b\u964d\u3002\u5982\u679c\u8be5\u5dde\u7684\u79cd\u690d\u8005\u79cd\u690d\u4e86\u6307\u5b9a\u7684 91,000 \u82f1\u4ea9\u68c9\u82b1\uff0c\u8fd9\u5c06\u6bd4 07 \u5e74\u51cf\u5c11 53.3%\u3002\u8c03\u67e5\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u4e9a\u5229\u6851\u90a3\u5dde\u548c\u65b0\u58a8\u897f\u54e5\u5dde\u7684\u79cd\u690d\u8005\u6253\u7b97\u5206\u522b\u51cf\u5c11 25% \u548c 27% \u7684\u9ad8\u5730\u9762\u79ef\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u751f\u4ea7 ELS \u68c9\u82b1\u7684\u56db\u4e2a\u5dde\u4e2d\u7684\u6bcf\u4e00\u4e2a\u90fd\u8868\u660e\u9762\u79ef\u4e0b\u964d\u3002\u5728\u4e9a\u5229\u6851\u90a3\u5dde\u3001\u52a0\u5229\u798f\u5c3c\u4e9a\u5dde\u548c\u5fb7\u514b\u8428\u65af\u5dde\uff0c\u4e0b\u964d\u5e45\u5ea6\u7ea6\u4e3a
