\u4e0b\u7684\u8054\u90a6\u673a\u6784\u884c\u52a8\u7684\u8bc4\u4f30\u3002\u5177\u4f53\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6539\u8fdb\u5c06\u6269\u5927\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u5728\u6839\u636e\u300a\u8054\u90a6\u6740\u866b\u5242\u3001\u6740\u771f\u83cc\u5242\u548c\u706d\u9f20\u5242\u6cd5\u6848\u300b\uff08FIFRA\uff09\u8fdb\u884c\u519c\u836f\u767b\u8bb0\u54a8\u8be2\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>CLA \u53ca\u5176\u6210\u5458\u5f3a\u8c03\u4e86\u5f53\u524d ESA \u54a8\u8be2\u8fc7\u7a0b\u5982\u4f55\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u51e0\u4e2a\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u6700\u503c\u5f97\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f\u8be5\u8fc7\u7a0b\u7ecf\u5e38\u88ab\u5ef6\u8fdf\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u57fa\u4e8e\u201c\u53ef\u7528\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u79d1\u5b66\u548c\u5546\u4e1a\u6570\u636e\u201d\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u901a\u5e38\u6392\u9664\u4e0e\u6700\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u5b9e\u4f53\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u4f5c\u7269\u4fdd\u62a4\u548c\u516c\u5171\u536b\u751f\u4ea7\u54c1\u6ce8\u518c\u4eba\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u95ee\u9898\u5bfc\u81f4\u670d\u52a1\u90e8\u95e8\u7684\u79d1\u5b66\u5206\u6790\u6709\u7f3a\u9677\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e0d\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u8bc9\u8bbc\uff0c\u963b\u6b62\u519c\u6c11\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\u4f7f\u7528\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4f5c\u7269\u4fdd\u62a4\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u6765\u751f\u4ea7\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684\u98df\u54c1\u548c\u7ea4\u7ef4\u5e76\u6ee1\u8db3\u5176\u4ed6\u516c\u5171\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6240\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u6539\u8fdb\u5c06\u7f16\u7e82\u5728\u6b27\u7a7a\u5c40\u54a8\u8be2\u671f\u95f4\u7ecf\u5e38\u88ab\u5ffd\u7565\u7684\u73b0\u6709\u6307\u5bfc\uff0c\u5e76\u52a0\u5f3a\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u8d85\u51fa\u76ee\u524d\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u8303\u56f4\uff0c\u4f46\u4ee5\u5b8c\u5168\u7b26\u5408\u6b27\u7a7a\u5c40\u548c\u5b9e\u65bd\u6761\u4f8b\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002\u8bf7\u613f\u4e66\u5f3a\u8c03\u4e86\u6b27\u7a7a\u5c40\u5728\u519c\u836f\u5ba1\u67e5\u4e2d\u9700\u8981\u66f4\u591a\u7ed3\u6784\u3002 EPA \u548c\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u5305\u62ec NMFS \u548c\u7f8e\u56fd\u9c7c\u7c7b\u548c\u91ce\u751f\u52a8\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40 (FWS)\uff0c\u5bf9\u8bc4\u4f30\u98ce\u9669\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u6709\u5f88\u5927\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u770b\u6cd5\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u4fee\u6539\u5f53\u524d\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fc3\u8fdb\u66f4\u7b80\u5316\u548c\u900f\u660e\u7684\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u5e76\u83b7\u5f97\u66f4\u591a\u7533\u8bf7\u8005\u7684\u610f\u89c1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>CLA \u603b\u88c1\u517c\u9996\u5e2d\u6267\u884c\u5b98\u6770\u4f0a\u00b7\u5f17\u9c81\u59c6 (Jay Vroom) \u8bf4\uff1a\u201c\u4e0e\u673a\u6784\u672a\u80fd\u9075\u5b88\u534f\u5546\u7a0b\u5e8f\u6709\u5173\u7684\u51e0\u9879\u6cd5\u5ead\u88c1\u51b3\u548c\u5ead\u5916\u548c\u89e3\u8feb\u4f7f EPA \u548c\u670d\u52a1\u90e8\u95e8\u8fdb\u884c\u4ed3\u4fc3\u548c\u4e0d\u5065\u5168\u7684\u534f\u5546\u3002\u201d \u201c\u5927\u591a\u6570\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u51b3\u5b9a\u662f\u57fa\u4e8e\u8fc7\u65f6\u6216\u4e0d\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u3002 CLA \u5e0c\u671b\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u5efa\u8bae\u5f97\u5230\u8003\u8651\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u6240\u6709\u76f8\u5173\u65b9\u90fd\u80fd\u5728\u8fd9\u4e2a\u91cd\u8981\u4e14\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u53d1\u8868\u610f\u89c1\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u5728 CLA
