(ERS) \u7684\u4e00\u9879\u65b0\u7814\u7a76\u53d1\u8868\u5728\u6700\u65b0\u4e00\u671f\u7684\u671f\u520a\u4e0a <em>\u79d1\u5b66\uff0c <\/em>\u8bc1\u5b9e\uff0c\u5728\u5168\u9762\u5ba1\u89c6\u4e0e\u519c\u4e1a\u6295\u5165\u54c1\u884c\u4e1a\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u7814\u53d1 (R&amp;D) \u65b9\u9762\u7684\u516c\u5171\u548c\u79c1\u4eba\u6295\u8d44\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\u65f6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ece 1994 \u5e74\u5230 2010 \u5e74\uff0c\u5168\u7403\u79c1\u8425\u90e8\u95e8\u5bf9\u519c\u4e1a\u6295\u5165\u7814\u53d1\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u4ece $55.8 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u589e\u957f\u4e86\u8fd1\u4e00\u500d\uff0c\u8fbe\u5230 $110.3 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u3002\u603b\u4f53\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u5e74\u5ea6\u79c1\u8425\u90e8\u95e8\u98df\u54c1\u548c\u519c\u4e1a\u7814\u53d1\u4ece 1994 \u5e74\u7684 $113 \u4ebf\u589e\u957f 4.3% \u81f3 2007 \u5e74\u7684 $197 \u4ebf\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u62a5\u544a\u79f0\uff0c\u5728\u5927\u591a\u6570\u519c\u4e1a\u6295\u5165\u54c1\u884c\u4e1a\uff0c\u5e02\u573a\u96c6\u4e2d\u5ea6\u4ece 1994 \u5e74\u5230 2009 \u5e74\u6709\u6240\u63d0\u9ad8\uff0c\u52a8\u7269\u80b2\u79cd\u548c\u519c\u4f5c\u7269\u79cd\u5b50\u884c\u4e1a\u7684\u5e02\u573a\u96c6\u4e2d\u5ea6\u6700\u9ad8\uff0c\u519c\u4f5c\u7269\u79cd\u5b50\u884c\u4e1a\u7684\u5e02\u573a\u96c6\u4e2d\u5ea6\u589e\u5e45\u6700\u5927\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5e02\u573a\u96c6\u4e2d\u5ea6\u7684\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e0e\u519c\u4e1a\u6295\u5165\u90e8\u95e8\u7684\u7814\u53d1\u6295\u8d44\u589e\u52a0\u65e0\u5173\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u5168\u7403\u8303\u56f4\u5185\uff0c\u8fc7\u53bb\u534a\u4e2a\u4e16\u7eaa\u4ee5\u6765\u519c\u4e1a\u4ea7\u91cf\u7684\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u589e\u957f\u4e3b\u8981\u5f52\u529f\u4e8e\u4f5c\u7269\u548c\u7272\u755c\u4ea7\u91cf\u7684\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u8015\u5730\u9762\u79ef\u7684\u6269\u5927\u3002\u79c1\u8425\u90e8\u95e8\u6295\u8d44\u5728\u7814\u53d1\u652f\u51fa\u4e2d\u6240\u5360\u4efd\u989d\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u5927\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u8fd8\u5728\u4e0d\u65ad\u589e\u957f\uff0c\u8fd9\u53ef\u7528\u4e8e\u5f71\u54cd\u672a\u6765\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u7387\u63d0\u9ad8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>ERS \u7814\u7a76\u8fd8\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u79c1\u4eba\u7814\u53d1\u7684\u589e\u957f\u5982\u4f55\u5e2e\u52a9\u63a8\u52a8\u516c\u5171\u7814\u53d1\u7684\u7f13\u6162\u589e\u957f\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u8bbd\u523a\u610f\u5473\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u516c\u5171\u7814\u53d1\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u8bb8\u591a\u57fa\u7840\u6027\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u800c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u53d1\u73b0\u901a\u5e38\u662f\u5438\u5f15\u79c1\u4eba\u7814\u53d1\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u8fd9\u9879\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660e\u79c1\u8425\u4f01\u4e1a\u5728\u7814\u7a76\u65b9\u9762\u6240\u505a\u7684\u51fa\u8272\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u662f\u5efa\u7acb\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u519c\u4e1a\u90e8\u79d1\u5b66\u5bb6\u51e0\u5341\u5e74\u6765\u4e00\u76f4\u81f4\u529b\u4e8e\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u6280\u672f\u4e4b\u4e0a\uff0c\u201dWoteki \u8865\u5145\u9053\u3002<\/p>\n<p> <strong>\u56fd\u9645\u6570\u636e<\/strong><br \/> ERS \u7814\u7a76\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u5bf9\u519c\u4e1a\u6295\u5165\u884c\u4e1a\u79c1\u8425\u90e8\u95e8\u7814\u53d1\u7684\u5168\u9762\u4f30\u8ba1\u548c\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5728\u56fd\u5916\u8fdb\u884c\u7814\u53d1\u7684\u5168\u7403\u516c\u53f8\u3002\u6587\u7ae0\u5b9a\u4e49\u7684\u5168\u7403\u6295\u5165\u5305\u62ec\u519c\u7528\u5316\u5b66\u54c1\uff1b\u519c\u4e1a\u673a\u68b0\uff1b\u5316\u80a5\uff1b\u4ee5\u53ca\u4f5c\u7269\u79cd\u5b50\u548c\u751f\u7269\u6280\u672f\u3002 <\/p>\n<p>
