(CAC) \u5730\u533a\u519c\u6c11\u6700\u5173\u5fc3\u7684\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u9700\u8981\u4ee5\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u63d0\u9ad8\u751f\u4ea7\u529b\u3002<br \/>\u56fe\u7247\u6765\u6e90\uff1aICARDA<\/p><\/div>\n<p>\u963f\u585e\u62dc\u7586\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u519c\u4e1a\u653f\u7b56\u5236\u5b9a\u8005\u547c\u5401\u52a0\u5f3a\u4e0e\u56fd\u9645\u7814\u7a76\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.icarda.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ICARDA<\/a> \u52a0\u5f3a\u6709\u5173\u7814\u7a76\u548c\u521b\u65b0\u7684\u77e5\u8bc6\u8f6c\u8ba9\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fc3\u8fdb\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u519c\u4e1a\u53d1\u5c55\u548c\u52a0\u5f3a\u7cae\u98df\u5b89\u5168\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728 ICARDA \u6700\u8fd1\u5728\u5df4\u5e93\u4e3e\u884c\u7684\u8463\u4e8b\u4f1a\u4f1a\u8bae\u5f00\u5e55\u5f0f\u4e0a\uff0c\u963f\u585e\u62dc\u7586\u519c\u4e1a\u90e8\u526f\u90e8\u957f Ilham Guliyev \u535a\u58eb\u8bc4\u8bba\u8bf4\uff1a\u201c\u83b7\u5f97\u6280\u672f\u3001\u65b0\u65b9\u6cd5\u548c\u5b9e\u8df5\u5bf9\u4e8e\u786e\u4fdd\u6211\u4eec\u5177\u6709\u7ade\u4e89\u529b\u5e76\u6ee1\u8db3\u65e5\u76ca\u589e\u957f\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u519c\u4ea7\u54c1\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u963f\u585e\u62dc\u7586\u7684\u519c\u4e1a\u4ea7\u91cf\u6025\u5267\u4e0b\u964d\u2014\u2014\u4ece 2001 \u5e74\u7684 GDP \u7684 20% \u4e0b\u964d\u5230\u4eca\u5929\u7684\u4e0d\u5230 6%\uff0c\u6839\u636e <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cgiar.org\/\">CGIAR\u8d22\u56e2<\/a>\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d ICARDA \u662f\u6210\u5458\u3002 CGIAR \u8868\u793a\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e3b\u8981\u539f\u56e0\u662f\u7531\u4e8e\u56fd\u5bb6\u4e13\u6ce8\u4e8e\u5176\u77f3\u6cb9\u4e1a\u52a1\u7684\u5feb\u901f\u6269\u5f20\uff0c\u519c\u4e1a\u90e8\u95e8\u7684\u4f18\u5148\u7ea7\u8f83\u4f4e\u3002\u5b83\u8fd8\u5217\u4e3e\u4e86\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u571f\u5730\u9000\u5316\uff0c\u4ece 20% \u5230 30%\uff0c\u4f5c\u7269\u4ea7\u91cf\u53d7\u5230\u5f71\u54cd\u2014\u2014\u8fd9\u662f\u4e2d\u4e9a\u548c\u9ad8\u52a0\u7d22\u5730\u533a\u666e\u904d\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u7ecf\u8fc7\u591a\u5e74\u7684\u96c6\u7ea6\u5316\u704c\u6e89\u519c\u4e1a\uff0c\u571f\u58e4\u4fb5\u8680\u548c\u76d0\u78b1\u5316\u73b0\u5728\u662f\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u519c\u6c11\u6700\u5173\u5fc3\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n<p>ICARDA \u603b\u5e72\u4e8b Mahmoud Solh \u535a\u58eb\u8bf4\uff1a\u201c\u963f\u585e\u62dc\u7586\u5728\u751f\u4ea7\u4f20\u7edf\u519c\u4ea7\u54c1\u4ee5\u53ca\u5177\u6709\u826f\u597d\u571f\u58e4\u6c14\u5019\u6761\u4ef6\u7684\u9ad8\u4ef7\u503c\u4ea7\u54c1\u65b9\u9762\u5f53\u7136\u5177\u6709\u5de8\u5927\u7684\u589e\u957f\u6f5c\u529b\u548c\u6bd4\u8f83\u4f18\u52bf\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<p>CGIAR \u6b63\u5728\u63a8\u51fa\u4e00\u4e2a <a href=\"http:\/\/drylandsystems.cgiar.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u65f1\u5730\u7cfb\u7edf\u7814\u7a76\u8ba1\u5212<\/a> \u65e8\u5728\u786e\u5b9a\u201c\u6700\u4f73\u201d\u5e72\u9884\u63aa\u65bd\u5305\uff0c\u4ee5\u63d0\u9ad8\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u519c\u4e1a\u751f\u4ea7\u529b\u548c\u52a0\u5f3a\u7cae\u98df\u5b89\u5168\u3002 $120\u4e07 <a href=\"http:\/\/drylandsystems.cgiar.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u5021\u8bae<\/a> \u4e3a\u671f\u4e09\u5e74\uff0c\u7531 ICARDA \u7275\u5934\u7684 60 \u591a\u4e2a\u7814\u53d1\u673a\u6784\u7ec4\u6210\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u4f19\u4f34\u5173\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u963f\u585e\u62dc\u7586\u3001\u54c8\u8428\u514b\u65af\u5766\u3001\u5854\u5409\u514b\u65af\u5766\u3001\u571f\u5e93\u66fc\u65af\u5766\u548c\u4e4c\u5179\u522b\u514b\u65af\u5766\u7b49\u4e2d\u4e9a\u56fd\u5bb6\u6b63\u9010\u6e10\u91c7\u7528\u96f6\u8015\u548c\u7559\u832c\u8015\u4f5c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4f5c\u7269\u8f6e\u4f5c\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5b83\u4eec\u770b\u5230\u4e86\u63d0\u9ad8\u4ea7\u91cf\u3001\u964d\u4f4e\u751f\u4ea7\u6210\u672c\u548c\u6539\u5584\u6c34\u571f\u4fdd\u6301\u7684\u597d\u5904\uff0c\u6839\u636e CGIAR\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6839\u636e CGIAR
