view-mode-teaser\">\n<div class=\"field-items\">\n<div class=\"field-item even\">\n<p>\u519c\u836f\u6700\u5927\u6b8b\u7559\u9650\u91cf (MRL) \u7684\u5236\u5b9a\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4fdd\u62a4\u4e86\u98df\u54c1\u4f9b\u5e94\u7684\u5b8c\u6574\u6027\uff0c\u4e5f\u4fdd\u62a4\u4e86\u56fd\u5185\u519c\u4e1a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u56fd\u5bf9\u4e16\u8d38\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u56de\u5e94 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wto.org\/english\/tratop_e\/tbt_e\/tbt_e.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u6280\u672f\u6027\u8d38\u6613\u58c1\u5792 (TBT)<\/a>\/<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wto.org\/english\/tratop_e\/sps_e\/sps_e.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u536b\u751f\u548c\u690d\u7269\u68c0\u75ab\u63aa\u65bd (SPS)<\/a> \u6839\u636e\u5bf9\u8d38\u6613\u5e73\u8861\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3001\u5546\u54c1\u7684\u4ef7\u503c\u3001\u65e2\u5b9a MRL \u7684\u5b58\u5728\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e2d\u56fd\u4e0e\u901a\u77e5\u56fd\u7684\u6574\u4f53\u8d38\u6613\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u901a\u77e5\u4f1a\u6709\u6240\u4e0d\u540c <a href=\"https:\/\/agrochemical.chemlinked.com\/agro-analysisexpert-article\/how-do-who-tbtsps-pesticide-mrl-notifications-affect-chinas-pesticide-mrl-regulation-gb2763\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u5316\u5b66\u94fe\u63a5<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u6839\u636e\u8be5\u6587\u7ae0\uff0c\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u5fc5\u987b\u5c06\u5f71\u54cd\u8d38\u6613\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u65b0\u7684\u6216\u4fee\u8ba2\u7684\u6cd5\u89c4\u901a\u77e5\u5176\u4ed6\u56fd\u5bb6\uff0c\u5e76\u8bbe\u7acb\u529e\u4e8b\u5904\uff08\u5b98\u65b9\u54a8\u8be2\u70b9\uff09\u4ee5\u56de\u7b54\u6709\u5173 WTH \u7ea7\u522b\u65b0\u7684\u6216\u73b0\u6709\u63aa\u65bd\u7684\u66f4\u591a\u4fe1\u606f\u7684\u8bf7\u6c42\u3002\u5728\u519c\u836f\u65b9\u9762\uff0cTBT\u5305\u62ec\u6d89\u53ca\u98df\u54c1\u5b89\u5168\u3001\u751f\u4ea7\u3001\u73af\u5883\u548c\u6807\u7b7e\u7b49\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u519c\u836f\/\u5316\u5b66\u54c1\u6ce8\u518c\u6cd5\u89c4\u548c\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u800cSPS\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u662fMRL\u5efa\u7acb\/\u4fee\u6539\/\u8c41\u514d\/\u53d6\u6d88\u3001\u4f5c\u7269\u5206\u7ec4\u7b49\u519c\u4e1a\u6216\u6280\u672f\u5b9e\u8df5\u3002\u519c\u836f\u7528\u9014\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u56fd\u65e9\u57282003\u5e74\u5c31\u53c2\u4e0e\u4e86WTO TBT\/SPS\u901a\u62a5\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u5df2\u5f62\u6210\u6210\u719f\u7684\u54cd\u5e94\u4f53\u7cfb\uff0c\u652f\u6301\u519c\u4ea7\u54c1\u56fd\u9645\u8d38\u6613\uff0c\u4fdd\u62a4\u56fd\u5185\u519c\u4ea7\u54c1\u751f\u4ea7\u548c\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u4ecb\u7ecd\u5bf9 MRL \u901a\u77e5\u7684\u5b98\u65b9\u8bc4\u8bba\u548c\u5bf9\u8fd1\u671f\u6848\u4f8b\u7684\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u672c\u6587\u65e8\u5728\u63ed\u5f00\u8fd9\u4e9b WTO MRL \u901a\u77e5\u5982\u4f55\u5f71\u54cd\u7684\u795e\u79d8\u9762\u7eb1 <a href=\"https:\/\/agrochemical.chemlinked.com\/agro-analysisexpert-article\/chinas-pesticide-maximum-residue-limit-development-tendencies-gb2763\" target=\"_blank\"
