rel=\"noopener\">\u5728\u8fd9\u91cc\u9884\u89c8\u6570\u5b57\u7248<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u6839\u636e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.agribusinessglobal.com\/zh\/markets\/bpia-adds-biostimulants-expands-membership-categories\/\">\u751f\u7269\u5236\u54c1\u4ea7\u4e1a\u8054\u76df\uff08BPIA\uff09<\/a> \u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u975e\u8425\u5229\u6027\u8d38\u6613\u534f\u4f1a\uff0c\u81f4\u529b\u4e8e\u4fc3\u8fdb\u751f\u7269\u6280\u672f\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u751f\u7269\u519c\u836f\u548c\u751f\u7269\u523a\u6fc0\u7d20\u3002\u751f\u7269\u4ea7\u54c1\u662f\u57fa\u4e8e\u751f\u7269\u6216\u5929\u7136\u884d\u751f\u5316\u5b66\u7684\u4f4e\u98ce\u9669\u4ea7\u54c1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>BPIA \u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u53d1\u5c55\u8fc5\u901f\u7684\u534f\u4f1a\uff0c\u62e5\u6709 130 \u591a\u5bb6\u6210\u5458\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u4ece\u5c0f\u578b\u521b\u65b0\u72ec\u8d44\u4f01\u4e1a\u5230\u5927\u578b\u56fd\u9645\u516c\u53f8\u3002 2017 \u5e74\uff0cBPIA \u51b3\u5b9a\u5c06\u751f\u7269\u523a\u6fc0\u7d20\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5176\u4f7f\u547d\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e9b\u6210\u5458\u516c\u53f8\u548c\u6f5c\u5728\u6210\u5458\u516c\u53f8\u8981\u6c42 BPIA \u50cf BPIA \u63a8\u5e7f\u751f\u7269\u519c\u836f\u4e00\u6837\u63a8\u5e7f\u751f\u7269\u523a\u6fc0\u7d20\u3002\u8be5\u534f\u4f1a\u5e0c\u671b\u63a5\u53d7\u751f\u7269\u523a\u6fc0\u7d20\u8fd9\u4e00\u65b0\u8f93\u5165\u7c7b\u522b\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5408\u4e4e\u903b\u8f91\u7684\u51b3\u5b9a\uff0c\u8fd9\u6837 BPIA \u73b0\u5728\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u4ee3\u8868\u6574\u4e2a\u751f\u7269\u5236\u54c1\u884c\u4e1a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>BPIA \u6210\u5458\u548c\u5e02\u573a\u7814\u7a76\u516c\u53f8 DunhamTrimmer \u4f30\u8ba1\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u5168\u7403\u751f\u7269\u523a\u6fc0\u7d20\u5e02\u573a\u4ef7\u503c\u8d85\u8fc7 $22 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u5e76\u9884\u8ba1\u5230 2025 \u5e74\u8be5\u5e02\u573a\u5c06\u8d85\u8fc7 $50 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u3002\u4e0e\u5168\u7403\u751f\u7269\u9632\u6cbb\u5e02\u573a\u76f8\u7ed3\u5408\uff0c\u603b\u4ef7\u503c\u751f\u7269\u4f5c\u7269\u6295\u5165\u5e02\u573a\u9884\u8ba1\u5230 2020 \u5e74\u5c06\u8d85\u8fc7 $80 \u4ebf\uff0c\u5230 2025 \u5e74\u5c06\u8d85\u8fc7 $160 \u4ebf\u3002\u751f\u7269\u523a\u6fc0\u7d20\u884c\u4e1a\u7684\u7efc\u5408\u5e74\u589e\u957f\u7387\u4f30\u8ba1\u4e3a 13%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u662f 2017 \u5e74\u4f5c\u7269\u4fdd\u62a4\u5e02\u573a\u589e\u957f\u7387\u7684\u4e09\u500d\u591a\u3002\u589e\u957f\u7684\u9a71\u52a8\u529b\u662f\u5168\u7403\u9700\u8981\u4f7f\u7528\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u505a\u6cd5\u3001\u51cf\u5c11\u6570\u91cf\u548c\u964d\u4f4e\u98ce\u9669\u7684\u6295\u5165\u6765\u7ee7\u7eed\u589e\u52a0\u4f5c\u7269\u4ea7\u91cf\u3002\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u5bf9\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u751f\u4ea7\u5b9e\u8df5\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u52a0\u4e0a\u5e0c\u671b\u5168\u5e74\u4f9b\u5e94\u79cd\u7c7b\u7e41\u591a\u7684\u6c34\u679c\u548c\u852c\u83dc\u7684\u613f\u671b\uff0c\u8feb\u4f7f\u79cd\u690d\u8005\u5bfb\u6c42\u5e76\u91c7\u7528\u65b0\u7684\u5b9e\u8df5\u6765\u63d0\u9ad8\u4f5c\u7269\u6548\u7387\u3002\u751f\u7269\u523a\u6fc0\u7d20\u901a\u8fc7\u63d0\u9ad8\u4f5c\u7269\u5bf9\u975e\u751f\u7269\u80c1\u8feb\u7684\u62b5\u6297\u529b\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u4f7f\u690d\u7269\u80fd\u591f\u5728\u4e0d\u5229\u7684\u751f\u957f\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u66f4\u6709\u6548\u5730\u5229\u7528\u6295\u5165\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u5728\u751f\u4ea7\u5b9e\u8df5\u7684\u8fd9\u4e9b\u53d8\u5316\u4e2d\u53d1\u6325\u5173\u952e\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b27\u6d32\u662f\u5f53\u4eca\u751f\u7269\u523a\u6fc0\u7d20\u9500\u552e\u989d\u6700\u5927\u7684\u5730\u533a\uff0c\u6536\u5165\u8d85\u8fc7 $10 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u5360\u5168\u7403\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u4e09\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u4ee5\u4e0a\u3002\u5317\u7f8e\u548c\u4e9a\u592a\u5730\u533a\u7d27\u968f\u5176\u540e\uff0c\u5404\u5360 20% \u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u5e02\u573a\u4efd\u989d\u3002\u4ece\u73b0\u5728\u5230 2025 \u5e74\uff0c\u76f8\u5bf9\u6392\u540d\u9884\u8ba1\u4e0d\u4f1a\u53d1\u751f\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u4f46\u62c9\u4e01\u7f8e\u6d32\u7684\u589e\u957f\u901f\u5ea6\u5c06\u5927\u5927\u5feb\u4e8e\u5176\u4ed6\u5730\u533a\uff0c\u9884\u8ba1\u5c06\u7f29\u5c0f\u76ee\u524d\u4e0e\u5176\u4ed6\u5730\u533a\u7684\u9500\u552e\u989d\u5dee\u8ddd\u3002\u5230 2025 \u5e74\uff0c\u8fd9\u56db\u4e2a\u5730\u533a\u7684\u751f\u7269\u523a\u6fc0\u7d20\u9500\u552e\u989d\u9884\u8ba1\u5c06\u8d85\u8fc7 $10 \u4ebf\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0e\u751f\u7269\u9632\u6cbb\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u751f\u7269\u523a\u6fc0\u7d20\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u5728\u4e2d\u8015\u4f5c\u7269\u548c\u56ed\u827a\uff08\u6c34\u679c\u548c\u852c\u83dc\uff09\u4f5c\u7269\u4e4b\u95f4\u66f4\u4e3a\u5e73\u8861\u3002\u5927\u7530\u4f5c\u7269\u589e\u957f\u6700\u5feb\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u5728\u79cd\u5b50\u5904\u7406\u7528\u9014\u65b9\u9762\u3002\u5230 2025 \u5e74\uff0c\u5927\u7530\u4f5c\u7269\u548c\u56ed\u827a\u4f5c\u7269\u7684\u751f\u7269\u523a\u6fc0\u7d20\u9500\u552e\u989d\u9884\u8ba1\u5c06\u5206\u522b\u8d85\u8fc7 $2 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u3002<\/p>\n<p>BPIA \u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u751f\u7269\u523a\u6fc0\u7d20\u884c\u4e1a\u5df2\u5c31\u533a\u5206\u751f\u7269\u523a\u6fc0\u7d20\u548c\u690d\u7269\u751f\u957f\u8c03\u8282\u5242\u7684\u58f0\u660e\u5411\u7f8e\u56fd\u73af\u5883\u4fdd\u62a4\u7f72 (EPA) \u5bfb\u6c42\u6307\u5bfc\u3002 2018 \u5e74 11 \u6708\uff0cEPA \u5411\u7f8e\u56fd\u7ba1\u7406\u548c\u9884\u7b97\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\u53d1\u9001\u4e86\u4e00\u4efd\u540d\u4e3a\u201c\u690d\u7269\u751f\u7269\u523a\u6fc0\u7d20\u4ea7\u54c1\u6307\u5357\uff1a\u5c06 FIFRA \u6392\u9664\u6216\u76d1\u7ba1\u7684\u58f0\u660e\u6807\u8bb0\u4e3a\u690d\u7269\u76d1\u7ba1\u673a\u6784\u58f0\u660e\u201d\u7684\u6307\u5bfc\u6587\u4ef6\u8349\u6848\u3002<\/p>\n<p>BPIA \u4e0e\u7f8e\u56fd\u56fd\u4f1a\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u5c06\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4ea7\u54c1\u5b9a\u4e49\u4e3a\u201c\u4e00\u79cd\u7269\u8d28\u6216\u5fae\u751f\u7269\uff0c\u5f53\u5e94\u7528\u4e8e\u79cd\u5b50\u3001\u690d\u7269\u6216\u6839\u9645\u65f6\uff0c\u523a\u6fc0\u81ea\u7136\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4ee5\u589e\u5f3a\u6216\u6709\u5229\u4e8e\u517b\u5206\u5438\u6536\u3001\u517b\u5206\u6548\u7387\u3001\u5bf9\u975e\u751f\u7269\u80c1\u8feb\u7684\u8010\u53d7\u6027\u6216\u4f5c\u7269\u8d28\u91cf\u548c\u4ea7\u91cf\u3002\u201d BPIA \u8fd8\u5e26\u9886\u751f\u7269\u523a\u6fc0\u7d20\u884c\u4e1a\u8981\u6c42\u7f8e\u56fd\u519c\u4e1a\u90e8 (USDA) \u8fdb\u884c\u4e00\u9879\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u5b9a\u76d1\u7ba1\u751f\u7269\u523a\u6fc0\u7d20\u7684\u9002\u5f53\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u52aa\u529b\u5f00\u59cb\u53d6\u5f97\u6210\u679c <a href=\"https:\/\/www.agribusinessglobal.com\/zh\/markets\/americas\/u-s-farm-bill-draft-defines-plant-biostimulants-for-first-time\/\">\u519c\u573a\u6cd5\u6848<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>BPIA
