\u5efa\u7acb\u9879\u76ee\u5408\u4f5c\u4f19\u4f34\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u4ee5\u5e94\u5bf9\u8fbe\u8fbe\u5e03\u96be\u6c11\u8425\u7684\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u548c\u7cae\u98df\u4e0d\u5b89\u5168\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 18.75pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u4e8e\u672c\u6708\u542f\u52a8\uff0c\u76ee\u6807\u662f\u6062\u590d\u9000\u5316\u7684\u571f\u5730\u3001\u52a0\u5f3a\u96be\u6c11\u7684\u7cae\u98df\u5b89\u5168\u548c\u6536\u5165\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u589e\u52a0\u591a\u6837\u5316\u3001\u8425\u517b\u98df\u54c1\u7684\u4ea7\u91cf\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 18.75pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Dadaab Refugee Complex \u4f4d\u4e8e\u80af\u5c3c\u4e9a\u5e7f\u9614\u7684\u5e72\u65f1\u548c\u534a\u5e72\u65f1\u5730\u533a (ASAL)\uff0c\u5176\u7279\u70b9\u662f\u708e\u70ed\u3001\u5e72\u71e5\u7684\u5929\u6c14\u548c\u9ad8\u84b8\u53d1\u7387\uff0c\u5728\u6392\u6c34\u4e0d\u7545\u7684\u5730\u533a\u5076\u5c14\u4f1a\u53d1\u751f\u6d2a\u6c34\u3002\u5929\u6c14\u6a21\u5f0f\u7684\u6025\u5267\u53d8\u5316\u5bfc\u81f4\u957f\u671f\u5e72\u65f1\u548c\u6781\u7aef\u964d\u96e8\uff0c\u4f7f\u5c45\u4f4f\u5728\u80af\u5c3c\u4e9a\u548c\u7d22\u9a6c\u91cc\u8fb9\u5883\u9644\u8fd1\u7684 209,584 \u540d\u96be\u6c11\u548c 200,000 \u540d\u6536\u5bb9\u793e\u533a\u6210\u5458\u6025\u9700\u7cae\u98df\u548c\u8d22\u653f\u652f\u6301\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 18.75pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">\u7531 AAF \u8d44\u52a9\uff0c <a href=\"https:\/\/news.agcocorp.com\/news\/releases-20200221\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u7b2c\u4e00\u9636\u6bb5<\/a> \u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u91cd\u70b9\u662f\u4f1a\u8bae <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.agcocorp.com\/2020\/12\/agco-agriculture-foundation-refugees-become-farmers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u519c\u4e1a\u548c\u8425\u517b\u9700\u6c42<\/a> \u901a\u8fc7\u5efa\u7acb\u4e00\u4e2a\u7528\u4e8e\u67a2\u8f74\u704c\u6e89\u548c\u4f5c\u7269\u751f\u4ea7\u7684\u673a\u68b0\u5316\u519c\u573a\u6765\u5e2e\u52a9\u96be\u6c11\u548c\u6536\u5bb9\u793e\u533a\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 18.75pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">\u201c\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u5bf9\u8bb8\u591a\u8fb9\u7f18\u5316\u519c\u4e1a\u793e\u533a\u7684\u751f\u8ba1\u548c\u7cae\u98df\u5b89\u5168\u6784\u6210\u4e25\u91cd\u5a01\u80c1\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5728 Dadaab Refugee Complex \u9879\u76ee\u7684\u521d\u59cb\u9636\u6bb5\u62a5\u544a\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u4fc3\u4f7f\u6211\u4eec\u6269\u5927\u9879\u76ee\u53ef\u4ea4\u4ed8\u6210\u679c\u5e76\u7ee7\u7eed\u4e0e KRCS \u5efa\u7acb\u6218\u7565\u4f19\u4f34\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u201d\u7231\u79d1\u519c\u4e1a\u57fa\u91d1\u4f1a\u4e3b\u4efb Metti Richenhagen \u8bf4\u3002 \u201c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u8868\u660e\u6211\u4eec\u81f4\u529b\u4e8e\u5e94\u5bf9\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u5e2e\u52a9 Dadaab \u8425\u5730\u548c\u6536\u5bb9\u793e\u533a\u7684\u519c\u6c11\u6539\u5584\u571f\u58e4\u5065\u5eb7\u5e76\u5efa\u7acb\u6709\u5f39\u6027\u7684\u7cae\u98df\u7cfb\u7edf\u3002\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 18.75pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u7b2c\u4e8c\u9636\u6bb5\u5c06\u652f\u6301 Ifo 2 \u96be\u6c11\u8425\u548c\u6536\u5bb9\u793e\u533a\u7684 6,000 \u540d\u53d7\u76ca\u4eba\u3002\u76ee\u6807\u662f\u4fc3\u8fdb\u6c14\u5019\u667a\u80fd\u578b\u519c\u4e1a\u548c\u571f\u58e4\u80a5\u529b\u7ba1\u7406\u5b9e\u8df5\uff0c\u52a0\u5f3a\u519c\u6c11\u5728\u73b0\u4ee3\u704c\u6e89\u548c\u673a\u68b0\u5316\u519c\u4e1a\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u6280\u80fd\uff0c\u5e76\u4e3a\u5f31\u52bf\u793e\u533a\u521b\u9020\u5c31\u4e1a\u673a\u4f1a\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 18.75pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">KRCS \u5c06\u5e2e\u52a9\u519c\u6c11\u5efa\u7acb\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u519c\u573a\uff0c\u5e76\u5c06\u4ed6\u4eec\u4e0e\u5f53\u5730\u5e02\u573a\u8054\u7cfb\u8d77\u6765\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u9636\u6bb5\u5c06\u79cd\u690d\u7684\u852c\u83dc\u4f5c\u7269\u3001\u6241\u8c46\u548c\u8c46\u79d1\u8349\u5c06\u652f\u6301\u5f53\u5730\u519c\u6c11\u53ca\u5176\u5bb6\u5ead\u7684\u751f\u8ba1\u3002 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 18.75pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: \u7684\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u8be5\u529e\u4e8b\u5904\u8d1f\u8d23\u7ef4\u62a4\u4e3a\u67a2\u7ebd\u519c\u573a\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u6c34\u5229\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u5e76\u63d0\u4f9b\u540e\u52e4\u652f\u6301\u3002\u80af\u5c3c\u4e9a\u52a0\u91cc\u8428\u53bf\u653f\u5e9c\u4e3a\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u6350\u8d60\u4e86\u4e00\u5757\u571f\u5730\uff0c\u5e76\u5e2e\u52a9\u786e\u5b9a\u53ef\u4ee5\u4ece\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u4e2d\u83b7\u76ca\u6700\u591a\u7684\u5f31\u52bf\u793e\u533a\u6210\u5458\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p
