\u5728\u6700\u8fd1\u7684\u4e00\u6b21\u91c7\u8bbf\u4e2d \u5168\u7403\u519c\u4e1a\u4f01\u4e1a\uff0c <\/em>Angelakos \u8ba8\u8bba\u4e86\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u5982\u4f55\u4f7f\u518d\u751f\u519c\u4e1a\u6210\u4e3a\u66f4\u5177\u5438\u5f15\u529b\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u4e3b\u5f20\uff0c\u6295\u5165\u54c1\u5236\u9020\u5546\u548c\u519c\u4e1a\u6280\u672f\u521b\u65b0\u8005\u53ef\u4ee5\u53d1\u6325\u4ec0\u4e48\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u8de8\u90e8\u95e8\u5408\u4f5c\u662f\u5168\u7403\u91c7\u7528\u7684\u5173\u952e\u3002<\/p>\n

ABG\uff1a\u201c\u518d\u751f\u4e4b\u8def\u201d\u9879\u76ee\u662f\u89e3\u51b3\u518d\u751f\u519c\u4e1a\u9762\u4e34\u7684\u73af\u5883\u548c\u7ecf\u6d4e\u969c\u788d\u7684\u4e00\u6b21\u5927\u80c6\u5c1d\u8bd5\u3002\u4ece\u60a8\u7684\u89d2\u5ea6\u6765\u770b\uff0c\u4f5c\u7269\u6295\u5165\u54c1\u5236\u9020\u5546\u548c\u519c\u4e1a\u79d1\u6280\u516c\u53f8\u5982\u4f55\u624d\u80fd\u6700\u597d\u5730\u878d\u5165\u8fd9\u4e00\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u4ee5\u652f\u6301\u53ef\u6269\u5c55\u7684\u53d8\u9769\uff1f <\/strong><\/p>\n

\u67e5\u7406\u00b7\u5b89\u5409\u62c9\u79d1\u65af\uff1a<\/strong> \u201c\u518d\u751f\u4e4b\u8def\u706f\u5854\u201d\u9879\u76ee\u65e8\u5728\u5c55\u793a\u5982\u4f55\u5728\u8de8\u90e8\u95e8\u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u652f\u6301\u4e0b\uff0c\u4f7f\u518d\u751f\u519c\u4e1a\u6210\u4e3a\u5bf9\u82f1\u56fd\u519c\u6c11\u66f4\u5177\u5438\u5f15\u529b\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u9009\u62e9<\/p>\n

\u9879\u76ee\u521d\u59cb\u9636\u6bb5\u7ed3\u675f\u540e\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u4e0e\u6574\u4e2a\u4f9b\u5e94\u94fe\u4e0a\u7684\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5206\u4eab\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u3002\u867d\u7136\u4f5c\u7269\u6295\u5165\u54c1\u5236\u9020\u5546\u548c\u519c\u4e1a\u79d1\u6280\u516c\u53f8\u76ee\u524d\u5c1a\u672a\u53c2\u4e0e\u8be5\u8bd5\u70b9\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u4f46\u6211\u4eec\u6b22\u8fce\u4ed6\u4eec\u63d0\u4f9b\u610f\u89c1\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u9f13\u52b1\u4ef7\u503c\u94fe\u5404\u4e2a\u73af\u8282\u7684\u53c2\u4e0e\u8005\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u4e86\u89e3\u5982\u4f55\u53c2\u4e0e SMI \u7684\u519c\u4e1a\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u4ee5\u6269\u5927\u518d\u751f\u519c\u4e1a\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u89c4\u6a21\u3002<\/p>\n

ABG\uff1a\u7ecf\u6d4e\u98ce\u9669\u4ecd\u7136\u662f\u519c\u6c11\u63a2\u7d22\u518d\u751f\u519c\u4e1a\u5b9e\u8df5\u7684\u6700\u5927\u969c\u788d\u3002SMI \u7684\u6a21\u5f0f\u5982\u4f55\u5438\u5f15\u79c1\u8425\u90e8\u95e8\u53c2\u4e0e\u8005\uff08\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u519c\u4e1a\u6295\u5165\u54c1\u4f9b\u5e94\u94fe\u4e2d\u7684\u53c2\u4e0e\u8005\uff09\u53c2\u4e0e\uff0c\u4ee5\u964d\u4f4e\u8f6c\u578b\u98ce\u9669\u5e76\u6fc0\u52b1\u519c\u6c11\u91c7\u7528\uff1f<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u52a0\u5dde\uff1a<\/strong> \u867d\u7136\u518d\u751f\u519c\u4e1a\u7684\u597d\u5904\u5df2\u5f97\u5230\u5145\u5206\u8bc1\u5b9e\uff0c \u7814\u7a76<\/a> SMI \u519c\u4e1a\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u7ecf\u6d4e\u98ce\u9669\u548c\u5206\u6563\u7684\u652f\u6301\u7cfb\u7edf\u5e38\u5e38\u963b\u788d\u79cd\u690d\u8005\u8f6c\u5411\u66f4\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u7684\u519c\u4e1a\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n

\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u65e8\u5728\u901a\u8fc7\u5c06\u652f\u6301\u673a\u5236\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u8d22\u653f\u652f\u6301\uff09\u6574\u5408\u548c\u7b80\u5316\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u6e05\u6670\u6613\u61c2\u7684\u6846\u67b6\uff0c\u5e76\u5141\u8bb8\u519c\u6c11\u4ece\u83dc\u5355\u4e2d\u9009\u62e9\u9002\u5408\u5176\u519c\u573a\u9700\u6c42\u548c\u613f\u671b\u7684\u5b9a\u5236\u9009\u9879\uff0c\u6765\u964d\u4f4e\u519c\u6c11\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u5e76\u63d0\u9ad8\u518d\u751f\u5b9e\u8df5\u7684\u91c7\u7528\u7387\u3002<\/p>\n

ABG\uff1a\u76ee\u524d\u5168\u7403\u5728\u518d\u751f\u519c\u4e1a\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u6709\u591a\u5c11\uff1f\u8fd9\u79cd\u65b9\u6cd5\u5728\u4e16\u754c\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u7684\u91c7\u7528\u7387\u662f\u591a\u5c11\uff1f<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u52a0\u5dde\uff1a<\/strong> \u518d\u751f\u519c\u4e1a\u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\u4e0d\u65ad\u6269\u5927\u5176\u8986\u76d6\u8303\u56f4\uff0c\u4f46\u5fc5\u987b\u5c06\u5176\u589e\u957f\u7387\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e09\u500d\u624d\u80fd\u6ee1\u8db3\u4e16\u754c\u7684\u9700\u6c42 \u5c06\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u9650\u5236\u5728 1.5 \u5ea6\u4ee5\u5185<\/a>\u3002\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u5230 2030 \u5e74\uff0c\u518d\u751f\u519c\u7530\u5c06\u5360\u5168\u7403\u519c\u7530\u9762\u79ef\u7684\u81f3\u5c11 40%\uff0c\u9884\u8ba1\u9700\u8981 \u6bcf\u5e74\u5b9e\u73b0\u878d\u8d44$1000\u4ebf\u3002<\/a><\/p>\n

\u8fd9\u5c31\u662f\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u9ea6\u51ef\u6069\u5f88\u81ea\u8c6a\u80fd\u591f\u4e0e SMI \u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u201c\u518d\u751f\u4e4b\u8def\u201d\u9879\u76ee\u6269\u5927\u5411\u518d\u751f\u519c\u4e1a\u7684\u8f6c\u53d8\uff0c\u5e76\u589e\u52a0\u82f1\u683c\u5170\u5bf9\u518d\u751f\u519c\u4e1a\u7684\u91c7\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n

ABG\uff1a\u5229\u76ca\u76f8\u5173\u8005\u8054\u76df\u5982\u6b64\u591a\u5143\u5316\u2014\u2014\u4ece\u98df\u54c1\u54c1\u724c\u5230\u94f6\u884c\u548c\u4fdd\u9669\u516c\u53f8\u2014\u2014\u60a8\u5982\u4f55\u786e\u4fdd\u6295\u5165\u54c1\u5236\u9020\u5546\u548c\u519c\u827a\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\u5546\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u548c\u521b\u65b0\u5728\u5bf9\u8bdd\u4e2d\u5f97\u5230\u4f53\u73b0\uff1f<\/strong><\/p>\n

ABG\uff1a\u201c\u518d\u751f\u4e4b\u8def\u201d\u9879\u76ee\u6574\u5408\u4e86SAI\u5e73\u53f0\u7684\u201c\u5171\u540c\u518d\u751f\u6846\u67b6\u201d\u7b49\u5de5\u5177\u3002\u6570\u636e\u6d4b\u91cf\u548c\u900f\u660e\u5ea6\u5728\u9a8c\u8bc1\u8fdb\u5c55\u65b9\u9762\u6709\u591a\u91cd\u8981\uff1f\u519c\u4e1a\u79d1\u6280\u521b\u65b0\u8005\u548c\u751f\u7269\u6295\u5165\u54c1\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546\u53ef\u4ee5\u5982\u4f55\u4e3a\u8fd9\u9879\u5de5\u4f5c\u505a\u51fa\u8d21\u732e\uff1f<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u52a0\u5dde\uff1a<\/strong> \u201c\u518d\u751f\u4e4b\u8def\u201d\u9879\u76ee\u65e8\u5728\u8861\u91cf\u53c2\u4e0e\u519c\u6c11\u5bf9\u518d\u751f\u519c\u4e1a\u7684\u6001\u5ea6\u8f6c\u53d8\u4ee5\u53ca\u4ed6\u4eec\u56e0\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u800c\u6539\u53d8\u505a\u6cd5\u7684\u610f\u613f\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5b83\u8fd8\u5c06\u6d4b\u8bd5\u65b0\u5f00\u53d1\u7684 SAI \u5171\u540c\u518d\u751f\u6846\u67b6\uff0c\u8be5\u6846\u67b6\u4e3a\u518d\u751f\u519c\u4e1a\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u5168\u7403\u4e00\u81f4\u7684\u5b9a\u4e49\u548c\u4ee5\u519c\u6c11\u4e3a\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5176\u6d4b\u91cf\u548c\u8bc4\u4f30\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u3002<\/p>\n

\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u957f\u671f\u76ee\u6807\u662f\u5411\u5176\u4ed6\u5168\u7403\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5c55\u793a\u5176\u5b66\u4e60\u6210\u679c\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u52a0\u901f\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u7684\u518d\u751f\u519c\u4e1a\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u6b22\u8fce\u519c\u4e1a\u6280\u672f\u521b\u65b0\u8005\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\u7684\u6295\u5165\u548c\u53c2\u4e0e\u3002<\/p>\n
