SePRO and Gowan Form Strategic Partnership to Expand U.S. Market Presence for Brake and Bio-Tam Brands

SePRO Corporation and Gowan Company have announced a strategic alliance poised to strengthen innovation, reach, and value in the U.S. agriculture market.

Under the agreement, Gowan will assume U.S. marketing, sales, and further development responsibilities for Brake® Herbicide, Brake® On! Herbicide and Bio-Tam® Biofungicide, all recognized for their performance in high-value crop protection and resistance management. While these products are currently marketed only in the United States, Gowan will evaluate opportunities to introduce them into other regions in the future.
