Bachem started his business career in crop protection with Bayer in 1986. He worked with the company both in operational and strategic roles spending a number of years in Asia and Southern Europe.
In 2008 he joined BASF and took on the responsibility for the portfolio development in speciality crops for EMEA and CIS. During this period, he was also responsible for the bio-control product range and was closely involved in the M&A and integration of bio-control products and companies into the BASF portfolio.
In 2021 Sebastian joined Accumont as a partner and board advisor. He leads Accumont’s associate network and is closely involved in supporting start-ups, investors and industry to achieve their innovation goals. As of Jan. 1, 2026, he became CEO at Accumont.

José Nolasco is Head of Global R&D Bionutrition at Rovensa Next.
Nolasco has more than 30 years of experience in different international companies in agronomy, with an emphasis on fertilizer, biostimulants, and crop nutrition.
He is an agronomical engineer from the Polytechnical University of Madrid (Spain) and has a master’s in business and marketing management from ESIC, Business and Marketing School (Spain).
He also is University Professor in the Polytechnical University of Madrid, Agricultural Production Department, teaching different topics related to crop nutrition and crop management.
Nolasco is also a board member of European Biostimulant Council (EBIC).

A plant pathologist by training, Kevin’s career in the agrochemical and plant protection business has spanned several decades, working in Europe and the USA.
Since the creation of Certis Europe in 2001, when major shareholder Mitsui & Co. Ltd. brought together companies from UK, France, Belgium and Netherlands, Kevin has been part of the Senior Management team and closely involved in the growth, development, and expansion of the company.
In 2023 Certis Belchim was born, combining the strengths of two well-established businesses with expertise in product development, registration and marketing and best-in-class technical and product knowledge.
Kevin’s focus over recent years has been on marketing and more latterly, as Head of Corporate Affairs, on communication.
