Rist has more than a decade in research and development of crop solutions for soil and seeds at Bayer. He holds a Ph.D. from University of Hohenheim in plant physiology. Before his current position, Rist was the Head of Science for Digitally Enabled Solutions for Bayer.

Dr. Darryl Ramoutar

Ramoutar has spent more than two decades directing the development of pesticide formulations for professional turf and ornamentals, public health, agriculture, and consumer pest management markets. Ramoutar holds a Ph.D. from the University of Rhode Island in Environmental Science focused on insecticide resistance. He also received a master’s degree from the University of Connecticut in plant science focused on biological insect control and a master’s degree from Northwestern University in innovation management and product development.

Pamela Gonzalez
Global Head of Insect Control
Syngenta
Gonzalez oversees the strategy of Syngenta’s insect control business, working in close collaboration with regions and countries. Previous to this role, Gonzalez worked as Head of Asia Group for Syngenta Asia Pacific and was responsible for the business in seven countries within Asia.
Prior to that, she was Head of Crop Protection Marketing for Syngenta APAC. She has a bachelor’s degree in agriculture engineering from Universidad Catolica de Chile and a master’s degree in marketing and commercial management from the University of Barcelona, Spain.
