Bayer Wins Infringement Case

The UK Royal Court of Justice’s Patents Court granted Bayer access to customer lists and supplier details to seek third-party infringements.

“This case shows our commitment to defend our intellectual property rights, sending a strong signal to any infringers,” Bayer’s head of patents and licensing, Dr Ralf-Rudiger Jesse, said.
