Kline & Company Acquires Prochaska & Company

Kline & Company has acquired Prochaska & Company, a strategic advisor to companies in the agricultural, ag bio-tech, and specialty horticultural markets. This transaction will enhance Kline’s Agricultural and Specialty Pesticides Practice with additional resources to provide clients with access to a broader range of agrochemical and specialty pesticide studies, according to a press release.

The Prochaska reports will be marketed under the new Kline/Prochaska brand to help clients differentiate the two report styles.

“We are bringing together two leading providers of agrochemical market intelligence to create an even stronger client offering based on decades of industry experience,” said Dennis Fugate, industry manager for Kline’s Agricultural/Specialty Pesticides practice in a prepared statement. “We are anxious to discuss with clients how we might use the combination of two different data collection methods towards their benefit.”

As a result, Kline plans to continue existing Prochaska reports including: Crop Protection Manufacturers Report, Generic Chemical Manufacturers in the U.S. Crop Protection Industry, Leading Distributors in the U.S. Crop Protection Industry, and the Specialty Fruit & Vegetable Market Report. Additionally, discussions regarding the expansion of the current reports into new regions will take place, according to the release.
