Monsanto to Address Investors at Two Separate Events

Monsanto Company’s Brett Begemann, executive vice president and chief commercial officer, and Kerry Preete, senior vice president of global strategy, will address investors with separate presentations this month. At noon central time (Central Time) Monday, Sept. 12, Begemann will provide a seasonal update ahead of the US crop harvest during a conference call with investors. The call will include a brief pre-harvest review of the 2011 seasonal trends, expectations for harvest, and an early look at the upcoming 2012 selling season, according to the company.

On Wednesday, Sept. 14, Preete will present at the Credit Suisse Chemical and Ag Science Conference. Preete’s presentation will begin at 11 a.m. Central Time.

Both events will be webcast at www.monsanto.com/investors.  Following the live broadcasts, a replay of the webcasts will be available on the Monsanto website for three weeks.
