AMVAC to Acquire Certain Crop Protection Assets in U.S. from Adama
American Vanguard Corp., through its principal operating subsidiary, AMVAC Chemical Corp., has announced the signing of an agreement to acquire certain U.S. assets relating to the three crop protection product lines — abamectin, chlorothalonil and paraquat — from subsidiaries of Adama Agricultural Solutions Ltd.
