Zagro Acquires BASF Unit

As part of the acquisition, Zagro will take over the entire running of BASF Taiwan’s animal nutrition premix business, including ownership of the manufacturing facility in the Nankang Industrial Zone, Nan-Tou City, Taiwan, which covers a land area of 4,920 square meters.

This acquisition will allow Zagro to cross-sell its other businesses including crop care, animal health, and aquaculture with the new products.The company notes that the addition complements its current business units and immediately affords Zagro entry into another Asian market.
