Arysta LifeScience Europe anuncia una nueva estructura

Arysta LifeScience Europe announced a new organizational structure to leverage its scale and accelerate the company’s growth in this market. The new European management structure, which is effective immediately, is designed to strengthen the company’s performance while capitalizing on long-term growth opportunities, Arysta said.

“We are eager to capitalize on the unique growth opportunities that will emerge from having Arysta LifeScience, Chemtura AgroSolutions and Agriphar under one umbrella,” said Jose Nobre, Arysta LifeScience’s new Business Unit President, Europe. “Our newly created company, Arysta LifeScience, possesses a strong bias toward high-growth areas, and with an industry-leading portfolio of active ingredients and registrations, we believe we are ideally positioned to continue developing solutions that will address the evolving demands of farmers around Europe.”

The company, which isowned by Platform Specialty Products, says it can now offer customers a “more complete portfolio of traditional crop protection products, seed treatments, biological products, biostimulants, innovative nutrition and adjuvants.”

“Our global footprint and strong presence in Europe, with over $450 million of sales, 14 subsidiaries and two world-class formulation and packaging sites, will give us the flexibility to meet local needs and provide our customers and business partners with growth opportunities that benefit all,” Nobre added.
