Arysta LifeScience Vietnam abrió una nueva planta de formulación de concentrado en suspensión (SC) en la Zona Industrial Song Than II, provincia de Binh Duong, Vietnam.
The facility will produce KASAI-S 92SC, a fungicide to be launched later this year. KASAI-S is a mixture of kasugamycin and tricyclazole that has proven effective for control of rice blast disease. It will be the first “blasticide” in SC formulation available to growers in Vietnam.
“Suspended concentration formulations are non-powdery, with uniform particle size and are produced with reduced or no use of hazardous solvents,” said Tran Quoc Dan, Arysta LifeScience factory manager in a statement. “That makes them one of the most stable and safest formulations for farmers and the environment. With an excellent safety profile, KASAI-S offers rice farmers a total solution by controlling rice blast while also preventing bacteria leaf disease, which is becoming more common in rice in recent years.”
La nueva planta de formulación SC es la primera planta de formulación SC en el sudeste asiático y se estableció con la asistencia técnica de Hokko Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., una empresa con más de 40 años de experiencia en tecnología de formulación SC.
