India, US May Collaborate to Increase Agriculture in Africa

Indian government officials are hinting that the United States and India may make an agreement to increase agricultural activity in Africa, according to an article on www.livemint.com, a collaboration with the Wall Street Journal.

According to the article, which quotes unnamed Indian officials, a business rivalry with China may contribute to this deal.

Officials say working with the US is essential to embracing the potential Africa has to become a prospering agricultural epicenter.
