Veganic Opens New South Asia Subsidiary in Malaysia

Veganic has taken a decisive step in its international expansion strategy with the opening of a new South Asia subsidiary, headquartered in Malaysia. This new hub is part of the company’s roadmap for growth in key markets and will enable faster access to its biosolutions for farmers, while strengthening responses to the needs of the Asian agricultural sector.

A strong foundation for the future

The Malaysian subsidiary will act as more than just an office: it will serve as a reference platform for go-to-market strategies specialized in biosolutions. It will facilitate product registration and accelerate availability for farmers across the region. From this hub, Veganic will deliver its full portfolio, including biofungicides, bioinsecticides, and biostimulants, as well as exclusive technologies such as MicroGea, NeoPrime, and NeoDuo.

This expansion consolidates Veganic’s role as a strategic partner in advancing high-value agriculture across Asia.

South Asia, a strategic region

Carlos Ledó, CEO & Founder of Veganic, emphasized: “South Asia represents a key territory due to the diversity of its crops and the growing demand for responsible agricultural solutions. With this new subsidiary we aim not only to bring technology, but also knowledge, technical support, and the opportunity for farmers to work with safe, profitable tools aligned with a more conscious production model.”

Beyond organic

With this launch, Veganic reaffirms its vision of going beyond the traditional concept of “organic” by introducing disruptive values such as vegan and cruelty-free. The company continues to contribute to a model of regenerative, ethical, and conscious agriculture, with the goal of supporting the development of more resilient crops capable of facing the challenges of climate change and resource scarcity.
