两者之间的合作使 InteliChem 能够立即获得 100 多个注册许可证以及 ISO 认证的配方设施、质量控制实验室和仓储。该交易需要将 50% 的 Meridian 股份直接出售给 InteliChem。此次出售还包括配方设施 Synovatech 的 50% 资产，拥有自己的质量控制和配方研究实验室以及 SC、EC、SL、EW、ME、SE 生产线以及包装线。
