绿象 (EV), the specialist in agricultural biosolutions, today announces that Peter Braendle will hand over the role of Group CEO to Charles Marchand effective 1 November 2026 as part of a planned CEO succession.
Since becoming Group CEO in 2020, Peter Braendle has led Eléphant Vert through an important phase of transformation and strategic refocusing. He has strengthened the Group’s organization and its operational and financial foundations, divested non-core activities, repositioned the portfolio towards biocontrol and high-value biosolutions, expanded the Group’s presence in Europe, Africa and beyond, and led the acquisition and integration of businesses including Lipofabrik and BIO3G. He has also driven greater focus and alignment across the Group’s R&D and product portfolio.
Charles Marchand has built his career in the agricultural inputs and biosolutions industry, including senior leadership roles at Olmix and TIMAC AGRO/Groupe Roullier. His experience spans commercial development, international management, and the leadership of agricultural product and business portfolios.
Building on the progress achieved over recent years, Eléphant Vert enters this next chapter well positioned to advance the adoption of effective biosolutions for farmers and agricultural partners and to continue its international development.
