AgriThority Establishes Operations In China

KANSAS CITY, Missouri, US –- Global agribusiness field and clinical research company AgriThority LLC — which currently operates in the US, Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and Asia — has established operations in China. Shandong Province-based ShiGui Zhang, a plant physiologist and agronomist, has joined the company’s team of international agriculture experts.

Zhang has nearly 30 years experience in cotton seed production, growth regulation and testing, and is considered one of China’s leaders in best management practice development, integrated pest management and in the evaluation and market positioning of cotton varieties. Zhang, who will oversee AgriThority’s work with a range of crops, will continue to serve as Chief Technology Officer of Shandong Luyi Cotton Science and Technology Company, Ltd.
