She also holds a Master’s in Economics from the University of Konstanz, Germany, and a Master’s in Law & Public Policy from The Fletcher School, USA.
Her industry career began in Silicon Valley, where she held leadership roles in Product Management at The Climate Corporation, a Bayer subsidiary. As Head of Product, she led the global expansion of FieldView, Bayer’s digital farming platform, which now reaches farmers across more than 250 million acres in over 20 countries.
“I’m excited to join Kynetec at such a pivotal time for agriculture, where we can bring data and technology together for connecting the dots from seed to shelf,” said Ines Kapphan, Chief Operating Officer for Agriculture. “Across the industry, there’s a growing need for actionable insights powered by data and analytics. I look forward to working with the Kynetec team to create new ways to leverage data science, as well as Generative AI technologies, to provide actionable insights and unprecedented learnings to our clients so that they can better position themselves in a dynamically changing market environment.”
