Como parte de su estrategia de desarrollo internacional, De Sangosse anunció la adquisición de Nutrient Technologies, un fabricante líder en la industria en el campo de la nutrición vegetal en el oeste de los Estados Unidos.
Durante más de 20 años, Nutrient Technologies, con sede en Dinuba, California, ha desarrollado y comercializado con éxito una cartera de productos innovadores basados en la tecnología TECHFLO. Los productos TECH-FLO son polvos micronizados neutrales, que reaccionan químicamente, formulados como dispersiones fluidas para su uso como aerosoles nutricionales. Estos productos se dirigen principalmente a los mercados de frutas, vid y hortalizas.
Nutrient Technologies se beneficiará de los recursos adicionales de asociarse con Agen, De Sangosse, con sede en Francia, lo que les permitirá perseguir e incrementar su ritmo de desarrollo de nuevos productos, dijo De Sangosse.

Carl Tanner, former CEO of Liphatech, Inc. will lead the transition as interim CEO of Nutrient Technologies. Jeff Reimche, who has played a critical role in the past 20 years in the company’s success, will continue his responsibilities as director of operations. De Sangosse has continually invested in the development of new solutions for agriculture. The opportunity for additional expansion enables the company to better position itself in the growing global Plant Protection and Nutrition markets.
