Arysta LifeScience Creates Ukraine Subsidiary
18 February 2011 KIEV, Ukraine — Arysta LifeScience has created a new subsidiary in the Ukraine. Arysta LifeScience Ukraine LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Arysta LifeScience SAS that officially registered at the end of 2010 to start business operations from 2011, according to a press release.
“To make sure that we dedicate sufficient management focus, human resources, and capital to this growing market, we are establishing Arysta LifeScience Ukraine LLC as a new operating company,” said Dmitry TSIVILEV, manager of the CIS region in a prepared statement. “This focus will help us to develop our activity in the CIS market.”
“While we have been working in Ukraine for a long time now, creating this full-service subsidiary ensures Arysta LifeScience’s ability to provide even more support to our customers and partners locally,” said Ivan Shabliy, manager of the new subsidiary.
