Cheminova Acquires Hungarian Company

Kerolagro, which contained the pesticide and crop nutrient business of the Hungarian firm Cherole (from which Kerolagro was spun off), will continue to work with its current product portfolio and customers, supplementing them with Cheminova’s products.

The new name of the company will be Cheminova Magyarorsza, and it will be led by Dr. Mihaly Snekszer as managing director. Snekszer is the founder and manager of Cherole.
