Mark Lynch Joins EuroChemLink
23 July 2007 Dr. Lynch’s connection with EU Directive 91/414/EEC and the OECD program on plant protection products are among the highlights of his career. He was author of four detailed studies relied upon by the European Commission (EC) in developing the Plant Protection Directive. From 1997 to 2006, Dr. Lynch was chairman of the OECD Registration Steering Group where he championed their global approach to the regulation of agricultural pesticides – the OECD VISION approach.
