BASF Agricultural Solutions Introduces a New Setup to Strengthen Customer Focus and Integrated Crop System Solutions

Soluções Agrícolas BASF announced organizational and leadership changes designed to further strengthen its customer focus, simplify decision-making processes and support the company’s continued transformation into a standalone business.

The changes mark an important milestone in BASF Agricultural Solutions’ journey toward greater strategic, financial and operational flexibility as the business advances its preparations for operating as an independent company.

As part of the new setup, BASF Agricultural Solutions will strengthen its global strategic steering and local commercial execution to enable faster and more customer-focused decisions. The future organization will also further reinforce the company’s Crop Systems approach, connecting innovations, products and services into integrated solutions that support farmers from seed to harvest.

In connection with these changes, BASF Agricultural Solutions announced that Leta LaRush will assume the role of Senior Vice President, BASF Agricultural Solutions United States, effective October 1, 2026.

“I am honored and excited to lead our U.S. business,” said Leta LaRush. “The United States is BASF Agricultural Solutions’ largest market globally and our team has an important responsibility to deliver meaningful value to customers every day while we prepare to operate as an independent company. My priority will be to ensure we continue to listen to our customers and support and enable the team to continue delivering the innovation, service and integrated solutions that American farmers rely on.”
