BASF Files Three New Registrations

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, North Carolina, US -– BASF Crop Protection announced in a press release that it has filed regulatory submissions for its new Xemium and Initium fungicides in the United States, Canada, New Zealand and Australia. BASF also submitted Alpha-cypermethrin insecticide to the US Environmental Protection Agency for review.

Xemium, a new mode of action in disease protection, is being studied in a wide range of crops including fruits, vegetables and row crops. Initium fungicide is being researched on a number of specialty crops and will bring growers added disease protection, says BASF.
