BASF Prowl H2O Approved For Alfalfa, Pome And Stone Fruits

The product, which already is registered on over 90 crops including maize, soybeans, tree nuts, citrus fruits, cotton, edible beans, peanuts, potatoes, rice, sunflowers, and tobacco, among others, offers superior surface stability and reduced binding to field residue, leaving more active ingredient available for weed control, according to the company.

The change follows new food tolerances for pendimethalin that were approved by US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in September 2006.
